I’ve had 4 Wranglers in my life and this Bronco blew them all out of the water. It’s so quiet while driving, and it handles like a car (not like a truck). It’s so smooth and not bumpy-I feel like I should’ve gotten a Bronco way before this. Can’t wait til the summer and to try out the convertible. This thing has all of the amenities that Wranglers don’t have yet and the gas mileage has been 23 mpg since I got it. Overall, I’m so happy with this purchase.

I have had my Bronco for a year. I got it for MSRP which was cheaper then a comparable Jeep. Great value. The ride and handling of my Bronco is amazing. It is great for long trips because its so comfortable. The turbo 4cyl is more then enough power and is averaging 23 MPG's. Two thumbs up on this Ford!!

I have had my Bronco only a year now. Bought it brand new. Love driving it, Handles well. I would agree the standard version is not for off the road. Windshield cracks easy. Back brakes are rusted out already, which now makes a loud sound when backing up. And the dashboard has two cracks already, which surprised me when I saw it because my bronco is not in hot climate and sits in a garage when I’m not out and about. Has anyone else had this problem?

Had a great service experience. They had all the automation tools to make a decisions on what to service and were available on the phone to talk through things. Also, they finished work on my truck when they said. Good work.

10 Speed transmission and a convertible mode is a hit for this car, great value for the money, so easy to drive and go everywhere

Karma DFW was very responsive. I was interested in a 928 GTS but it turned out to have an automatic transmission. The write up had stated it was a manual transmission but the pics included showed it was an automatic transmission. Karma DFW verified it was an automatic. I was looking for a manual transmission.

My wife's 2017 Edge Titanium needed service because the "wrench" light came on. Dropped it off and met with Odie Terry, our Service Advisor. Odie informed us that it will be a day or 2 before a tech could get to it because they are always so busy. Odie called me a couple of days later and said the battery wasn't getting enough volts to the sensors, creating numerous error codes. Replaced the battery and one code came back as a torque converter issue. Once we found out they would be keeping it awhile Odie arranged a rental car for us. Turns out the transmission needed a complete overhaul. Thank God for the 5 year/60k mile power train warranty, which covered everything! Took about a week but once we got it back it drove like a dream! Odie called me every 2 days to give me a progress report. He made what was a major inconvenience much more bearable. It's nice to know there's a dealership close to us we can totally trust to service our Edge and do everything right. Hats off to you Odie Terry, you are a true professional and an outstanding ambassador to the Ford Motor Company!

I purchased the vehicle sight unseen and had it delivered. Made me a little bit nervous. However, everything they claimed about the quality of the vehicle was true. They keep their word. Ticket 230312 - R Albin - This review is for the Service Department - which seems to be outstanding! My review may not be typical of their service, because it was my only visit to North Central Ford - but - there service for this visit was superb - especially when contrasted with my experience a week earlier at 5 Star Ford in Carrollton - which was terrible! North Central Ford and the Advisor, Chris Garner, were genuinely responsive, customer focused and attentive to every detail. I made an appointment to have my oil changed and the multipoint inspection for my 2011 Ford Ranger with only 73,000 miles. When I arrived they were actually waiting for me and immediately took my Ranger in for service and returned it to me within in an hour - just as they promised! Unlike 5 Star Ford, which did not meet me at the appointed time, and left me waiting for 20 minutes for a service representative to meet with me. It was like that Seinfeld Episode where Jerry is trying to explain to the rental car manager - what a reservation / appointment is! She clearly didn't know - and - neither does 5 Star Ford! They never showed - and - I left never to return! On the other hand - North Central Ford met me at the appointed time, completed the oil change and inspection and returned my Ranger in record time - because - they actually have a quick oil change service lane and actually do care about pleasing their customers! Since they're that concerned about pleasing their Service customers - I suspect that extends to their Sales Customers as well. The next time I'm in the market for a vehicle - North Central Ford will by my first call! Recommended!

Marissa went above and beyond. She had the keys ready, vehicle history printed out, and walked the truck with me. She knows her stuff. She set the bar in customer compared to the other dealerships. I'll will look first to work with her and Five Star from here on out.
