Joe Mayer Ford is the best dealership I have ever been to in Houston, TX. After calling the Tomball Ford I purchased my car at, about a window that would not roll up I tried Joe Myers. They looked at my vehicle with hours of my car being dropped off, compared to many other places telling me they would not be able to do the same for about 4 days. Jordan in the service department expedited the part and I had car ready a full day early! Simply amazing and the most helpful service time I have ever dealt with.

Overall a very fun and inviting car! Surprised by its ease of use and quality! Enjoyed both its highway driving and off-road use. Highly recommend for anyone who's interested in a big, fast, and fun SUV.

I love my 2023 Wildtrack. No issues. A little wind noise, but I think its to be expected in an SUV that I can take all the bits and pieces off(hard top, doors,etc). It is a toy for me and not my daily(I have a TRD Pro Seqioua for that) and I have a lot of fun driving her. I waited 3 years for her and will keep her forever.

The manager/sales was Ben who deserves 5-stars as well as Ron-in the service department they have both displayed impeccable Customer Service and patience to the service/sales for their customers. I have a Sasquatch Outer Banks and love it. The ride is smooth and the seats are comfortable. Very minimal road noise between the two windows on each side which is only heard when the music isn’t on. A lot of features with the premium package, some of which I haven’t explored yet. Despite non-owners’ complaints about a bronco riding rough, it can’t be further from the truth. The Outer Banks trim is really and comfortable. Gas mileage is acceptable with the Sasquatch. A lot of easy to use and within hands reach features. I am extremely happy with my purchase with no complaints. Two nice features with purchasing a Bronco is the Ford Pass mobile app and the Moab learn to use your vehicle classes.

We purchased a fleet vehicle that had some ac issues and transmission problems. Carmax jumped right into correcting the issues and provided a rental car each time. I will definitely purchase from here again.

I always wanted a Jeep or thought I did. My salesperson at Haag Ford in Lawrenceburg, IN, Jim Fuchs, told me to wait until the full size Bronco came out because he said you will really like it compared to a Jeep. He was totally right. I totally love my new Wildtrak Ford Bronco. I will say he is the best salesperson I have dealt with and plan to continue to go to Haag Ford for sales and service.

I worked with Julio when I went to possibly purchase a car from McRee Ford. I had done months of research and I knew the exact numbers I wanted and what was actually feasible. I knew I wanted a good, borderline great deal according to the true car values. Julio was super helpful showing me around, especially considering a had a rambunctious 2 year old wreaking havoc on the store during the process. He showed me everything I wanted to see and tried explaining everything that he could about the car. As for the buying process, I was firm in only going up to a certain amount and being ok with them accepting or refusing my offer. After some quick back and forth, they finally accepted what I feel is a very fair offer for both of us. Overall, I could not be more happy with the entire process.

This was actually my second purchase from this location! Originally it was Russell and Smith and I had an awesome experience. Upon going back it had changed to Doggett and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I prefer not to go onto dealership and purchase a car, never found it to be a pleasant experience, however this was different. I had an appointment with Jaime Huezo, he had the car bought around for my inspection, settled on a price and the process was over in a matter of minutes.
