I was pleasantly surprised with the available inventory they had. We looked at and test drove some cars, BUT the last one they brought out, I thought for sure was going to be out of my budget and thought they were trying to sell me something "more expensive" - wrong. When we were going over financing and prices, I was surprised with what my monthly payment would be (within my budget) for my DREAM CAR! We made a deal and I rang the bell (which was the perfect touch to my high emotions). Through the whole experience, I felt comfortable, understood, and important. The whole process was much easier than I have had in the past. Tall Damian helped us understand any questions we had and was also very personable, transparent and attentive. Signing the paperwork was seamless and fast. Grzegorz Jarzabek worked with me and ended the process efficiently. This entire experience was unlike any past car-buying experience I've ever had. I love my 2023 Wildtrack. No issues. A little wind noise, but I think its to be expected in an SUV that I can take all the bits and pieces off(hard top, doors,etc). It is a toy for me and not my daily(I have a TRD Pro Seqioua for that) and I have a lot of fun driving her. I waited 3 years for her and will keep her forever.

I have a Sasquatch Outer Banks and love it. The ride is smooth and the seats are comfortable. Very minimal road noise between the two windows on each side which is only heard when the music isn’t on. A lot of features with the premium package, some of which I haven’t explored yet. Despite non-owners’ complaints about a bronco riding rough, it can’t be further from the truth. The Outer Banks trim is really and comfortable. Gas mileage is acceptable with the Sasquatch. A lot of easy to use and within hands reach features. I am extremely happy with my purchase with no complaints. Two nice features with purchasing a Bronco is the Ford Pass mobile app and the Moab learn to use your vehicle classes.

First time bringing my truck in , even though I didn’t buy my Raptor at this dealership, I wouldn’t hesitate using this place again. Very fast and professional, and they had my car running like new in less than 24 hours.

I always wanted a Jeep or thought I did. My salesperson at Haag Ford in Lawrenceburg, IN, Jim Fuchs, told me to wait until the full size Bronco came out because he said you will really like it compared to a Jeep. He was totally right. I totally love my new Wildtrak Ford Bronco. I will say he is the best salesperson I have dealt with and plan to continue to go to Haag Ford for sales and service.

I went to McGrath Lexus service center to get an oil change and my experience was extremely pleasant. I came in with my 2 year old son and Mark went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated quickly and comfortable the entire time of service. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful which made this experience much better than I anticipated (due to me being there with a toddler). I am truly grateful for all of the staff especially Mark. I will be getting all of my services done at this location.

Went in to look at a 2022 outlander. Worked with Daniel. He was great to work with understood my car buying frustrations and was up front and honest. Worked out a good deal. But I ended up going a different route. Finding honest up front sales people is like finding a needle in a hay stack these days would definitely consider them in the future when I am on the market for a new vehicle in the future.
