My new Ford RV broke down on it's first trip. Ford performance center repaired the 1 problem immediately, so I could get it back right away. They have also ordered the other part and will contact me when it comes in. They did an outstanding job!

With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

Bernard, Dylan and Matt are true professionals who are knowledgeable, fair and make the usual dreadful chore of buying a new car simple and straightforward. Highly recommended if you?re looking for a new Ford.

They confirmed the work to be done, they asked some questions about my issues so they could have a better understanding of what was going on. I met the technician who performed my service, he has excellent knowledge of the 2003 F250 Super duty Diesel. He took the time to explain what was wrong and what he did to fix the problem. Process for recall work was excellently handled.

The service staff here were excellent, they listened to my concern seriously and fixed a problem the car had for months - it really was a relief! They also went out of their way to do a thorough review of the cars condition and let me know a couple of things to look for at the next checkup. Professional throughout, and the shuttle service was a really lifesaver.

I had my oil changed, everything went well I sat in the waiting area and had a cup of coffee that was supplied by the dealer.
