Grapevine Ford had the exact color Dark Magnetic Gray on their website. I spoke with a certain salesman ( no name mentioned) and we told him I would be there on Saturday. Arriving Saturday he was not at the dealership. Landon said he would take care of me himself and he really did help us out ! Landon did his very best to accommodate us. The vehicle was not on the premises so he arranged to have it brought to the dealership . I test drove it and really liked it! I made appt for recall servicing. When I came to drop off I had to reschedule due to parts needed to be ordered. No car rental was available. Repairs took longer than expected so I rescheduled two appointments. I pleaded for a rental to attend a birthday party out of town and Tyler made a way. I was happy.
