I purchased a 2024 Tucson and had a bit of a glitch concerning the salesperson. She didn’t follow through on an issue… I contacted Lowell Lackey who is one of the assistant managers and wow!!! With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

To say that I had a great experience at Kendall Ford of Meridian would be a bit of an understatement. The ability to review their wide selection online made it easy to decide it was worth driving to the lot. We are from Wisconsin and had towed our travel trailer down to Texas for our son's wedding. We were on our way home and stopped in Austin for a planned one night stay. That's when our Ford F150 had mechanical issues. We took it into Riata Ford and I am so happy we did. Service advisor Jon was terrific. I told Jon I was under a time deadline to return to Wisconsin for a scheduled shoulder surgery. When I explained my situation to Jon, he wasted no time in getting us back on the road in time to get back for my surgery. What otherwise may have taken a week, they did in two days! The repairs were professionally done and their customer service was outstanding. If Riata Ford was in my home town in Wisconsin, I would be a lifelong customer. Thanks Jon!

I have a great experience story during my car buying experience at Ford Country Las Vegas. I was in the process of doing all the paperwork to buy a new car. I sat at table in the showroom along a the dealership process the paperwork. I has some tip cash in my pocket. I had some free time so I got up to use the mens room. When I returned to the table I noticed a $50.00 in the table. I am 78 years old and assumed I had left on the table by mistake. I thought nothing of it. As few minutes after I got back Ford Country employe approached me and told me he found a 50.00 dollar bill on the floor by my seat and assumed it belonged to whoever had been siting there and put it back on the table. His name was Frank Mooradian Sale Manager. I thanked him for his honesty and integrity. Good people are hard to find. Men of honor are hard to find. If Frank Mooradian is the Sales Manager I have to think he demands the same honesty and integrity for all his sales force. I recommend for Ford County.

My 2015 F150 wouldn't start and I had it towed to this dealership, they have done service and brakes on it in the past and I have been happy with them. I worked with Travis in service and he called the next day with the findings, cost and stated everything was in stock. I authorized the repair and had it back the next day before lunch. They did a professional job on the repairs and LOF, will continue to use them for servicing in the future and when I decide to upgrade.
