With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

It wasn’t a perfect experience, but I still give 5 stars because I truly believe Carrie in corporate and the GM of the store are stand-up people who genuinely care about making sure their customers are happy and in the right vehicle. In the end, everything worked out as it should. Carrie was extremely professional, patient, and helpful throughout the process, and the GM was equally understanding and supportive. I stand by the fact that CarMax sells reliable, well-running vehicles. Two of my children have purchased cars from them, and I recently purchased a Ford F-150 myself. Each time, the vehicles have been excellent. I’ve been very satisfied with the service I’ve received—both when selling my vehicle (fair offer) and when buying one (fair price). I would feel completely confident recommending this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car.

Who knew? We sure didn't know how EASY it was to sell our car at CARMAX. We completed the online questionnaire and received an online offer. We liked it! When taking our truck in to El Paso's CarMax West, we were greeted with smiles and efficiency. Brittany examined our truck inside and out and gave us the same price as our online offer. With her assistance, we were in an out in less than an hour with a check in our hand. I would HIGHLY recommend selling your vehicle to CarMax. Get your online offer and take it in. Easy Peasy!

I've looked at several cars here in the last few years and they are always very good, clean well maintained cars. John S is easy to work with, honest and is a no-pressure salesman. I recently bought a 2012 Chevy Malibu and am very happy with the deal I got and with the car. There was a small issue about a week later and they took care of it - no problem. They entire experience was excellent. On the day of delivery he had all the paperwork done before I arrived and I was there less than 10 minutes. I will definitely go back for my next used car.

Went to Delacy first, I was looking for a robins egg blue bronco sport heritage. Sales guy there was rude and not helpful. Saw that Dave Smith had one, walked in and Antonio was able to assist. He was amazing. Very down to earth, went on test ride and talked to me not just to my husband. He didn’t dodge anything was upfront and felt like we knew him for years. If anyone is looking for a car, please go see Antonio, he is an absolute gem. He even remembered the nickname I gave the car when we picked it up. Sometimes those little things really stand out.

Wow Wow and Wow !!! So Flo Customs conducts most of their business out of state, for this reason I wasn't going to buy a car sight unseen. I did a pop up (from MD) and from the time I entered the Dealership I was treated like Royalty, just like I was family. It started with a phone call to the awesome and friendly sales person Chris Veradi, I felt the honesty, kindness, and respect, from the other sales guys, the VP, and the finance team. They made me feel like I was the only customer on deck. Let me not forget Old School super cool and pleasant, he detailed my car to perfection right before my eyes. The people were extremely nice and helpful. HOWEVER, they have a policy that I find troubling and at least somewhat misleading. They will not sell you the vehicle for what they list it for .(of course we expect sales tax, title and tag. But if you do not have a trade in it’s $500 more . And if you don’t finance it it’s another $500. Yep $1000 more. I inquired about financing to save the $500 . Policy is that you have to make 4 payments before you can pay it off. I’ve owned furniture stores for 49 years and I can picture the disbelief if I tried something similar .
