With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

The salesman, Omaid Mohammad was polite, friendly, not pushy, and knowledgeable. My only complaint was the buying process took to long because of the wait to talk to he finance person.

Wish all service centers were as professional, honest and reputable. Kudos to Ken Goudy service center. I highly recommend Ken Goudy for Service and Sales.

Although we did not like the vehicle we test drove, we were very impressed by their excellent customer service. We called ahead of time and they had the vehicle we inquired about freshly washed and pulled out for us to test drive. There were no pushy salespeople, just a genuinely polite and informative staff. Contacted and did the very little haggling via text and email. It was painless, easy & quick. Agreed, calked made an appt with a known agreed out the door price. Drove about 2 hrs to get there but the price and selection were driving factors. Arrived, everyone was nice & friendly…did the paperwork and left with the vehicle I found on cars.com. Easy search on cars.com, easy smooth communication, and easy purchase with Huntington Beach Ford…good experience all around.

Once again Sunrise Ford provided excellent repair service. Scheduled recommended services were done on my 2007 Ford Explorer and they were all done professionally and no issues. In addition, Service Advisor Nick Soriano was very knowledgeable in handling the services needed for my Ford. He was also very easy to discuss with concerning future recommended services for my Ford and what they entail and costs.
