After finalizing the price range that I wanted for the car I decided just from the phone conversations from the 2 of them that they had earned my business. When I arrived at the front I was greeted and Mr. John Paul worked with me on getting my dream car. Mr. Paul is an amazing person. He made me feel like he was selling a car to his own daughter. I have nothing but praise for the Jim Tidwell Ford Service Department. We began coming here in 2023. On April 24, 2025, Justin, Service Advisor, took care of our our 2020 Ford Escape. I was there to get an oil change and tire rotation. The tech completed a multi-point inspection and found our battery was near expiration and tested poorly. Shortly thereafter we had a fully serviced vehicle and a new battery so we can travel with confidence. Another great job done by the crew at Jim Tidwell Ford.
