With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

Finance rate could have been better. Takes far to long far to much paperwork to get the deal done. Far to many fingers innthe pie.

I had an amazing experience with AutoNation. Mainly because of Jasmine. She let me drive cars around and told me all about them with no hassle. I got numbers through email and text and the transaction was smooth. Just always watch your figures in the end because like all dealerships there are fees you miss. I have bought many new cars from different dealerships. My experience with salesman Duke was the most pleasant and stress-free experience ever. Honest, friendly, and your advocate in getting YOUR desired car and or truck at a very fair price. Ordered the truck after selecting from every viable option for the f 150 with Duke's help by patiently answering all my option questions. I had ordered/ bought a new Ford van with Duke 22 years ago and I wanted to buy again from him after being impressed with his salesmanship and customer care. I live part time in Rhode island and Florida but selected Mullinex Ford to buy the truck and flew down to get it when it arrived. Carlos, the salesman, was extremely helpful and informative throughout our experience. Unfortunately, our interaction with the finance manager, Cesar, was disappointing. He did not take the time to explain our options and abruptly ended the phone call when we requested more information before moving forward. His comment—“too bad we couldn’t do business”—felt dismissive, especially given the significance of the transaction. If you're considering working with this dealership, I recommend reaching out to Carlos directly. He was proactive, transparent, and genuinely committed to making the process smooth.

Came in to browse and left with a new car, not due to pressure from anyone but because of great prices and the absolutely fantastic service of Nelson and the rest of the team at Mullinax Ford. Dealership came highly recommended from friends who had used them before, and they did not disappoint.

I found a Jeep online that was at Ford Autonation. I came in, took a test drive. Looked at the vehicle. They gave me a car fax. I haggled a little with the salesman and settled on a reasonable monthly payment. Signed papers and drove off. I had to come back right away because there was a misfire. But they gave me a loaner car and replaced the spark plugs. A few days later, there was a problem with the AC compressor and they replaced it at no cost since I was still within my grace period. They all were very friendly and customer service oriented. I'll go back next time I'm looking for another vehicle.
