The 12 volt battery in my 2023 Ford Mach-e needed replacing. They sent a technician to our house and he replaced the battery. Their service was excellent!

With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

They were extremely nice, made it easy, and the waiting room was comfortable for sitting and getting some work done while waiting. Nice enough to breakdown and show where the issues were making it easier.

Repairs were not done in a timely manner. Parts were at another location. Took two days to get them and was repaired on the 3rd day

I told Jon I was under a time deadline to return to Wisconsin for a scheduled shoulder surgery. When I explained my situation to Jon, he wasted no time in getting us back on the road in time to get back for my surgery. What otherwise may have taken a week, they did in two days!
