We were looking for a specific used car I saw online (that we learned was located on the Ford side) but our GPS took us to the Lincoln side. The entire process from start to finish went smoothly and Lloyd made sure we felt valued every step of the way. I experienced a level of customer service with Hennessy Ford that is definitely lacking at other dealerships.(If you've ever been to Gwinnett Place Nissan you understand). Needed to replace battery.
Needed to replace battery. Battery received was not at least equivalent to the battery being replaced. I ended up getting less battery for more money with 1 year less warranty and lower cold cranking amps. This I found out after install. Could?ve done better somewhere else. Service advisor stated that if I had any problems with battery to let them know. Will not purchase another battery there.
