Even though I was early for my appointment, it wasn?t an issue at all. Everything about Ira Ford?s performance was very professional. I was kept informed with regard to what was being done and what had been accomplished.

With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

I bought a brandnew 2023 Ford Bronco Black Diamond 2.7L with Sasquatch packaje in November 2024, there are no complains up to now, it runs better than I expected and is very comfortable inside. Acceleration is also better than expected in spite of 35 inches factory tires, I love it.

My 2017 Ford Edge was a lease It only had 20600 miles so I purchased the vehicle from Flood Ford, Paulette was the person who did the paperwork, she was very helpful and courteous in getting the paperwork and registration for my Ford Edge done.

Overall a very fun and inviting car! Surprised by its ease of use and quality! Enjoyed both its highway driving and off-road use. Highly recommend for anyone who's interested in a big, fast, and fun SUV.

The overall experience at Scranton Chevy was awesome. Bill the salesman was very friendly and not your stereotypical salesman he didn?t push a sale or have that shady feel that you would think of when buying a car. The financial officer was also very friendly talked to me as if I was a regular person explained everything in detail and made sure we knew all the options. After the paperwork was done Bill showed me all the options of my vehicle and answered any questions I had about the vehicle. I love my 2023 Wildtrack. No issues. A little wind noise, but I think its to be expected in an SUV that I can take all the bits and pieces off(hard top, doors,etc). It is a toy for me and not my daily(I have a TRD Pro Seqioua for that) and I have a lot of fun driving her. I waited 3 years for her and will keep her forever.

I recently purchased a 2024 Nissan Altima from Ed Cushing. This is the third vehicle I’ve purchased from Ed. Ed is great to deal with. He makes the process very comfortable. 2022 Outer Banks SAS screen freezes/Reboots constantly and it seems the car play stops working not sure if this is happening a lot I do know this is a frustrating experience

I have a Sasquatch Outer Banks and love it. The ride is smooth and the seats are comfortable. Very minimal road noise between the two windows on each side which is only heard when the music isn’t on. A lot of features with the premium package, some of which I haven’t explored yet. Despite non-owners’ complaints about a bronco riding rough, it can’t be further from the truth. The Outer Banks trim is really and comfortable. Gas mileage is acceptable with the Sasquatch. A lot of easy to use and within hands reach features. I am extremely happy with my purchase with no complaints. Two nice features with purchasing a Bronco is the Ford Pass mobile app and the Moab learn to use your vehicle classes.
