A great experience as usual.
A great experience as usual. I had a scheduled oil change and luckily the tailgate applique that was ordered had arrived. We were able to get that completed at the same time. Everything was completed and I was back on the road before lunch. Ashlee and Brandon are always very friendly and professional. Keith always comes out and says hello. It is very clear that the service department is dialed in. While I was there I was able to sale hello to Jess in sales as well. Autonation Ford has been great in every aspect. I live in Queen Creek and will always go to Scottsdale to Autonation Ford to purchase and service my vehicles. It is well worth the drive.

Made my first car purchase so easy!
I traded in my first car, a 2010 Chevy Malibu, for a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee with House of Cars! It was my first big girl purchase, and I was worried that I would be overwhelmed with sales staff trying to oversell me. I did not feel like that at all. The staff was not pushy at all and made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. They helped me find what I could be approved for, and helped me find the perfect car within my budget! I didn’t know much about how credit worked, but Derek helped me go through my credit report and understand what everything meant, which honestly helped me with more than just buying a car. Love the 2022 bronco 2 door hard top . The one I have is not my order but I wouldn't give it up for my order . Mpg is around 18 mpg . It rides better then a jeep and has more room then a jeep .
