Our company truck was due for maintenance and I was holding off due to the Shelter in Place order. In the meantime, the brakes started to grab a little, so I called Chase at Bob Allen Ford. I was relived to hear they had a plan for avoiding contact, and sent a loaner and took our truck in. A day later all is up to par mechanically and the truck is retuned. sometimes you hope that what you do is a good thing. That was me on 8/20 when I loaned my car to a neighbor whose car was in the shop for 2 days. On that fateful day he hit another car and then State Farm declared it totaled. I was moving out of state and driving 1800 miles to OR. from MO. A friend assisted in the car search and we headed to Lawrence to check out several cars. When we arrived at Crown Toyota/VW there was a recent trade-in arrival. It was up on a rack with all its wheels off. We looked at the underbelly, the interior and the exterior. It would not finish all its check overs until Tuesday. My friend and I were at the door 9 am that Tuesday. It was through the kindness and attention of Scott Davids that we knew the car was ready for a test drive. He had been very thorough and transparent in the steps to have it ready for me to drive. I did. The 2022 Hyundai Tucson was a good fit, so it was purchased. There was no push. There was no other manager coming out to talk to me. I greatly appreciated the cool, informative approach and NO strong arm pressure. I have been in touch with Scott several times (so far) asking questions about all the technology (my former car was a 2007 H. Tucson), even though he had taken almost an hour to go through it all before I drove it home. I do sometimes forget some facts. It has been a splendid relationship. He is kind, helpful and deserves all the good feedback I can provide.

Overall a very fun and inviting car! Surprised by its ease of use and quality! Enjoyed both its highway driving and off-road use. Highly recommend for anyone who's interested in a big, fast, and fun SUV.

More fun than I've ever had! I recently purchased a 2024 Bronco outer banks. Yes the road noise is bad mmmm but its a soft top convertible and yes the premium radio was not great so I added a 500 watt subwoofer. But the truth is I feel Like a kid when I drive it!!! if your looking for a Lexus this aint it but soooooo much fun!

My car had to be towed and eventually scrapped due to a bad engine, but the whole team at Shawnee Mission Ford was great. Bryan in the service department was my main contact and he couldn’t have been better!

4 door Outer Banks. Wanted a comfortable but more rugged 4wd daily driver, moved from BMW X5, very different. Very pleased. Great build quality, no squeaks or rattles. Ford Sync system quite good. Lack of rear air vents solved for 2025 but not overly concerned and year end rebates swung me. 4 Cylinder is smooth, peppy , slightly droning. Smooth, comfortable, bit more wind noise with hardtop than I prefer but knew that at the outset. Did not get bigger tire package for fear of excessive tire noise. Have a 2023 Jeep Wrangler Sahara which I like but this Bronco is better on every level- no contest

Superior ride and ability over the Bronco Sport. It had no problem going through 4 feet of snow. Excellent handling. $ wheel drive plus the extra modes of traction makes it the best 4 wheel drive vehicle that I have ever owned. I do have the soft top but had no problems in weather that was around 0 degrees. I was suprised how warm it was inside. For a soft top, it kept the heat in and the cold out.

I waited at the dealership for the service to be completed. I was told it would take about two hours. It took approximately two hours, and my car was washed and cleaned.

Quick service and clean facility. Got me right in and taken care of. I was back on the road in a reasonable amount of time.

With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

Pete was friendly and helpful and the car was clean and well-priced. Couple of things are not working and a second key wasn't available, but I can fix those. Overall, very happy with this experience.

Red 2021 Ford Bronco Sport Big Bend with less than 7,000 miles. I love the over handling and performance. I've done great extensive upgrades. ie....hood spoiler, door side guards, exterior and interior accessories...!

I love my 2023 Wildtrack. No issues. A little wind noise, but I think its to be expected in an SUV that I can take all the bits and pieces off(hard top, doors,etc). It is a toy for me and not my daily(I have a TRD Pro Seqioua for that) and I have a lot of fun driving her. I waited 3 years for her and will keep her forever.

Their staff Was excellent with communication, very fair and reasonable, very considerate given the unusual circumstances. I would highly recommend this dealership and will definitely consider buying from them in the future!

2022 Outer Banks SAS screen freezes/Reboots constantly and it seems the car play stops working not sure if this is happening a lot I do know this is a frustrating experience

I recently had a challenging experience with my new Audi RS7 when it unexpectedly broke down and had to be towed. I initially contacted another Audi dealership, but they informed me they couldn’t even look at my car for two weeks. Frustrated & in a panic (my car was heading towards KS in a tow truck) I called Audi Shawnee Mission, and that’s when I was fortunate enough to speak with Michele M. in the service department. From the moment she answered the phone, Michele was incredibly understanding and soothing. She reassured me that they would take care of my car right away, even though the repairs turned out to be more extensive than anticipated but thankfully covered under warranty. What truly set Michele apart was her constant communication throughout the process. She kept me informed step-by-step, and if there was ever a question about something I had mentioned or requested, she made sure to clarify before proceeding. I found this attention to detail and respect for my preferences extremely professional and considerate. Now, my RS7 drives like a dream—better than ever, and I didn’t realize how much I was missing until it was repaired. While I hope I won’t need any significant repairs in the future, I know that for all my maintenance and service needs, Audi Shawnee Mission, and specifically Michele, will be my first choice. The care, respect, and understanding I received made a stressful situation much more manageable. Michele made me feel valued, not just another customer to be pushed aside. I’m truly grateful for the exceptional service I received.

Repairs were made very quickly. Car was dropped off on Thanksgiving Day and was ready for pickup the following afternoon. Matt was a great liaison and navigated the system perfectly for us to not only get the car back quickly but also made sure the repairs were covered by the extended warranty. Very happy with the experience.

I have a Sasquatch Outer Banks and love it. The ride is smooth and the seats are comfortable. Very minimal road noise between the two windows on each side which is only heard when the music isn’t on. A lot of features with the premium package, some of which I haven’t explored yet. Despite non-owners’ complaints about a bronco riding rough, it can’t be further from the truth. The Outer Banks trim is really and comfortable. Gas mileage is acceptable with the Sasquatch. A lot of easy to use and within hands reach features. I am extremely happy with my purchase with no complaints. Two nice features with purchasing a Bronco is the Ford Pass mobile app and the Moab learn to use your vehicle classes.

Very easy to deal with. No pressure sales staff. If you are in the market for a Chevy, Hendricks is the place to buy it.

I always wanted a Jeep or thought I did. My salesperson at Haag Ford in Lawrenceburg, IN, Jim Fuchs, told me to wait until the full size Bronco came out because he said you will really like it compared to a Jeep. He was totally right. I totally love my new Wildtrak Ford Bronco. I will say he is the best salesperson I have dealt with and plan to continue to go to Haag Ford for sales and service.

Just purchased our third vehicle from Louisburg Ford. Always a pleasure dealing with Brian Parise and the rest of the staff. Very fair pricing and trade-in value. I so appreciate that Brian took the time to show me all the technical instrumentation as I am not very tech savvy. He set up the navigation with our home address, and we really needed that going home as road construction closed our normal route. Definitely worth the 90-minute drive.
