With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

Repairs made in a speedy and professional manner. They were performed in less time than originally estimated. Service advisor Rick Harper did an excellent job as he always does.

Overall a very fun and inviting car! Surprised by its ease of use and quality! Enjoyed both its highway driving and off-road use. Highly recommend for anyone who's interested in a big, fast, and fun SUV.

The Service Manager Bob helped me through the entire process of troubleshooting and repairing my steering problems. The steering column knuckle was frozen and had to be replaced. I am pleased with my overall experience and the results of my visits to Colonial Ford .

I love my 2023 Wildtrack. No issues. A little wind noise, but I think its to be expected in an SUV that I can take all the bits and pieces off(hard top, doors,etc). It is a toy for me and not my daily(I have a TRD Pro Seqioua for that) and I have a lot of fun driving her. I waited 3 years for her and will keep her forever.

I have a Sasquatch Outer Banks and love it. The ride is smooth and the seats are comfortable. Very minimal road noise between the two windows on each side which is only heard when the music isn’t on. A lot of features with the premium package, some of which I haven’t explored yet. Despite non-owners’ complaints about a bronco riding rough, it can’t be further from the truth. The Outer Banks trim is really and comfortable. Gas mileage is acceptable with the Sasquatch. A lot of easy to use and within hands reach features. I am extremely happy with my purchase with no complaints. Two nice features with purchasing a Bronco is the Ford Pass mobile app and the Moab learn to use your vehicle classes.

Wesley was very professional didn’t question my offer brought it right to sales manager. Negotiation was smooth in the end I paid what I thought was a fair price and got a powertrain warranty thrown in. They delivered car promptly inspected and filled gas tank. Red 2021 Ford Bronco Sport Big Bend with less than 7,000 miles. I love the over handling and performance. I've done great extensive upgrades. ie....hood spoiler, door side guards, exterior and interior accessories...!

Emma proved that you don't have to solve the problem to provide an incredible experience. While it is frustrating, you can't get around the fact that cars breakdown. Her ability to engage and communicate the entirety of the problem, along with possible next steps made it an otherwise painless experience.

We are loving our Bronco. It gets so many compliments on it. It rides so smooth and comfortable. Also it is extremely roomy on the inside.

2022 Outer Banks SAS screen freezes/Reboots constantly and it seems the car play stops working not sure if this is happening a lot I do know this is a frustrating experience

I bought 2 cars in two separate trips on Saturday in the time it would take to buy one at other dealerships. This is my 4th car from AutoMax and have never had an issue with any of the vehicles or the experience. This is the place to go and I will be buying my next car there and asking for Matt.

4 door Outer Banks. Wanted a comfortable but more rugged 4wd daily driver, moved from BMW X5, very different. Very pleased. Great build quality, no squeaks or rattles. Ford Sync system quite good. Lack of rear air vents solved for 2025 but not overly concerned and year end rebates swung me. 4 Cylinder is smooth, peppy , slightly droning. Smooth, comfortable, bit more wind noise with hardtop than I prefer but knew that at the outset. Did not get bigger tire package for fear of excessive tire noise. Have a 2023 Jeep Wrangler Sahara which I like but this Bronco is better on every level- no contest

Ameir was great. He was very responsive and provided additional pictures and video he even put the car in which I was interested on the lift and took a video of the undercarriage for me.

After having a not so great experience at Boch Chevy, they made it right. I went from being upset and thought I was not going back but you have to remember that not everywhere is perfect! They fixed what they had to on my truck and we drove back and forth to Florida with no issues. I went also from not trusting them to scheduling my next visit. I will say if you have any issues. Talk with them about it and explain what you would like. I have bought all of my trucks from them and a car and never had issues until recently. Given the problems with the pandemic, shortage of help and knowledge, they truly have gotten me to the point of trusting them again! Don't give up!

I’ve had 4 Wranglers in my life and this Bronco blew them all out of the water. It’s so quiet while driving, and it handles like a car (not like a truck). It’s so smooth and not bumpy-I feel like I should’ve gotten a Bronco way before this. Can’t wait til the summer and to try out the convertible. This thing has all of the amenities that Wranglers don’t have yet and the gas mileage has been 23 mpg since I got it. Overall, I’m so happy with this purchase.

I have had my Bronco for a year. I got it for MSRP which was cheaper then a comparable Jeep. Great value. The ride and handling of my Bronco is amazing. It is great for long trips because its so comfortable. The turbo 4cyl is more then enough power and is averaging 23 MPG's. Two thumbs up on this Ford!!

I knew what kind of vehicle I was looking for and SEM had just what I wanted. They were very simplistic in their sales with no high pressure or fast talking. I either wanted the vehicle or I didn't. They answered my questions and helped me fill out the paperwork. It took a few days for the car to be ready as they had to give it their inspections and complete the paperwork, but it was ready when they said it would be. Since I was buying a used vehicle, I decided to purchase the warranty and am I glad I did. As with every older vehicle there can be maintenance problems, but SEM was extremely helpful and conscientious in making sure my vehicle was in proper working order. They were happy to listen to my concerns and help me figure out what exactly was wrong and they fixed it far better than I could have expected. Their sales and customer service are exemplary. My son needs a new car and I will be returning to SEM as I know I can expect the best sales and service. I have had my Bronco only a year now. Bought it brand new. Love driving it, Handles well. I would agree the standard version is not for off the road. Windshield cracks easy. Back brakes are rusted out already, which now makes a loud sound when backing up. And the dashboard has two cracks already, which surprised me when I saw it because my bronco is not in hot climate and sits in a garage when I’m not out and about. Has anyone else had this problem?
