I recently bought a used truck from Brian Hoskins Ford and the experience was one that went above expectations. First, the sales experience was top notch. The service was friendly and professional. When it came to the sale, the price was fair with no outrageous fees. I was very happy as I drove home in my new-to-me truck. I had bought the truck “as-is” and knew the risk in doing so. However, when a check engine light came on soon after the purchase, I was nervous that my great sales experience was about to be overshadowed. To my great surprise, the dealership worked closely with me to make sure I was completely satisfied. They went above and beyond including fixing the issue at no cost and providing me with a loaner vehicle during the fix. Overall, I am more than happy with my experience with Brian Hoskins Ford and will definitely consider them for future purchases.

Red 2021 Ford Bronco Sport Big Bend with less than 7,000 miles. I love the over handling and performance. I've done great extensive upgrades. ie....hood spoiler, door side guards, exterior and interior accessories...!

2022 Outer Banks SAS screen freezes/Reboots constantly and it seems the car play stops working not sure if this is happening a lot I do know this is a frustrating experience

I bought a brandnew 2023 Ford Bronco Black Diamond 2.7L with Sasquatch packaje in November 2024, there are no complains up to now, it runs better than I expected and is very comfortable inside. Acceleration is also better than expected in spite of 35 inches factory tires, I love it.

I love my 2023 Wildtrack. No issues. A little wind noise, but I think its to be expected in an SUV that I can take all the bits and pieces off(hard top, doors,etc). It is a toy for me and not my daily(I have a TRD Pro Seqioua for that) and I have a lot of fun driving her. I waited 3 years for her and will keep her forever.

Since I’m not familiar with the area, he suggested a good test drive route and encouraged me to install my son’s car seat—never making me feel bad about car shopping with my wild child. Braxton Motor Company even had some table games and plenty of snacks to keep my son entertained while we worked through the paperwork, which was a huge help. I have a Sasquatch Outer Banks and love it. The ride is smooth and the seats are comfortable. Very minimal road noise between the two windows on each side which is only heard when the music isn’t on. A lot of features with the premium package, some of which I haven’t explored yet. Despite non-owners’ complaints about a bronco riding rough, it can’t be further from the truth. The Outer Banks trim is really and comfortable. Gas mileage is acceptable with the Sasquatch. A lot of easy to use and within hands reach features. I am extremely happy with my purchase with no complaints. Two nice features with purchasing a Bronco is the Ford Pass mobile app and the Moab learn to use your vehicle classes.

My car was over heating again this time I had a tech named Dylan who took the time to find out what was really wrong with it and figured it out thank you Dylan I give you 5 stars

Love the 2022 bronco 2 door hard top . The one I have is not my order but I wouldn't give it up for my order . Mpg is around 18 mpg . It rides better then a jeep and has more room then a jeep .

I’ve had 4 Wranglers in my life and this Bronco blew them all out of the water. It’s so quiet while driving, and it handles like a car (not like a truck). It’s so smooth and not bumpy-I feel like I should’ve gotten a Bronco way before this. Can’t wait til the summer and to try out the convertible. This thing has all of the amenities that Wranglers don’t have yet and the gas mileage has been 23 mpg since I got it. Overall, I’m so happy with this purchase.

Went in for a repair on my Cadillac and it was done on time car washed and vacuumed and everybody at Cadillac service is well trained and a proper attitude to help the client

I ordered my wildtrak on 2-18-22. 4 door Area 51 high package tow package leather seats, hardtop, running boards. Took delivery on 11-2-22. Price: $$57,116 ! Well worth the 8+ months wait to save $20 to $30 thousand dollars. So sorry greedy dealers.

I have had my Bronco for a year. I got it for MSRP which was cheaper then a comparable Jeep. Great value. The ride and handling of my Bronco is amazing. It is great for long trips because its so comfortable. The turbo 4cyl is more then enough power and is averaging 23 MPG's. Two thumbs up on this Ford!!

I just got the 2022 Bronco sport Big Bend it took 6 weeks to get Iv had it 2 days I am very happy with what when I first took a test drive I wasn't sure I liked it and when I had to settle for what the dealership ordered . I was feeling like it was a settle for. Color choices and equipment were there's not mine . But I'm really starting to like the little pony Bronco Handel's the road with hugs and is peppy and fun to drive. The technology is alot to learn and try the dealerships technician was very helpful and helped me understand how everything works and what is will do to help you stay in your lane. I empressed with what need to grow on me at first.

I have had my Bronco only a year now. Bought it brand new. Love driving it, Handles well. I would agree the standard version is not for off the road. Windshield cracks easy. Back brakes are rusted out already, which now makes a loud sound when backing up. And the dashboard has two cracks already, which surprised me when I saw it because my bronco is not in hot climate and sits in a garage when I’m not out and about. Has anyone else had this problem?

I'm from Colorado and buying a car out of state is so nerve wracking. Tony & Syndie were awesome to work with. Tony provided specific details I was needing to the car and great videos. Every time I asked a question, I was told the keys to the car are with the GM. This was so meaningful to me as no one is allowed to mess with the cars unless they are serious and go through the process which is a huge advantage to the buyer. Obviously, the GM is highly competent & knows how to run a multimillion-dollar dealership & knows how to exceed buyers' expectations. I look forward to finalizing & the delivery process. I always wanted a Jeep or thought I did. My salesperson at Haag Ford in Lawrenceburg, IN, Jim Fuchs, told me to wait until the full size Bronco came out because he said you will really like it compared to a Jeep. He was totally right. I totally love my new Wildtrak Ford Bronco. I will say he is the best salesperson I have dealt with and plan to continue to go to Haag Ford for sales and service.

The CarShop employees are the best! Again I needed help right away, this time with a passenger side mirror being almost pulled off. Morgan, the customer service tech & his manager Bill had a mechanic take a look to see what could be done & because the mirror was not totally pulled off & the wires were intact they were able to glue the mirror back onto the mirror perch mount & never even charged me. With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

Abby and Shawn in service were excellent. They both were patient with all my questions, provided credible answers, and, upon our approval of the repairs, had them done within 24-hours. They went the extra mile to have the car test-driven both before (to confirm our reported symptoms) and after the repair (to confirm problems had been resolved). Ask for Abby when you have an auto service need.

Went to the Pacifico Ford dealer in Broomall. They said they will not work on any vehicles that are 15 years or older. I went to Matthews Paoli Ford and had them work on my 2005 Ford excursion. I didn’t know that good mechanics existed like they have over there what a wonderful place it cost money but it’s worth it! The diesel mechanic there Christopher is unbelievably knowledgeable and good. Had a great experience. Had my Truck worker on over there and have had zero problems.
