2024 bronco sport badlands has been a great vehicle. 2.0 ecoboost that only comes with the badlands is a must the 3 cylinder is gutless. All these recalls are mostly for the smaller engine. The only recall I've had was a reprogram for the battery condition. Not a big deal. I got 2,250 rebate and 2.9 financing that was hard to pass up.

I walked in on Saturday without an appointment, was helped immediately and have had the best experience. I spoke to Clifford, who just started a few months ago. I told him what my priorities were, my out the door price, and went for a test drive. He explained all the features, let me ask a million questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. The color I wanted wasn’t at this location. They got it from Orlando within 2 days, tinted the windows and today I’m driving home in a shiny, beautiful, new 4 wheel dream. First off, the mechanic did a good job on the car. No complaints. The customer service was alright. I stood in the tiny service area for a few minutes waiting for someone to help and no one said anything to me even though there were 2 employees there. No complimentary snacks. Only a small complimentary coffee. They have snacks but you have to pay the vending machine. I shouldn't complain, but Mazda has a variety of complimentary snacks AND refreshments in their waiting area. Overall I would go back, but I wouldn't look forward to it.

Tee jackson was my sales person and she was very helpful and made my first time buying a car so simple and smooth. She explained everything to me thoroughly and didn’t just treat me like a sale. I definitely recommend her to be your sales person.
