New and used 2025 Ford Bronco Sport Big Bend for sale near Gibraltar, MI

Not quite like my previous visits to Avis Ford. Main issue is that the whole process took way longer than past visits. Some of it was beyond the control of Avis Ford, some was just unforeseen until that moment. But it was a real test of my patience. My dealer as usual was great, the process not so much.

Bought/ leased numerous cars from Taylor Ford over the past few years, the last few from Brian Patton. I can?t say enough good things about everyone from start to finish. From sales team, to finance, to reception, to service and cashiers, I have only dealt with one thing which was minor and handled immediately and to above my satisfaction.

Excellent Customer Service all around timely and efficient from the salesperson to the young man who showed me the technology end of the service. Thats all I have for today. This requires to many words that's my only complaint! It wouldn't take my city and state this took me another 15 minutes. Thats another complaint. The survey is annoying. Other than that your people are awesome.

We love everything about Gorno, Ford. The only problem is there Customer Care communication getting in touch with the customer to let them know what is going on with the vehicle. They need to work on that very much.

Team took very good care of me. They kept me informed and up to date on what was happening with my car. Finished in a timely manner.

Salesman (Ryan) was very helpful. He listened and got us into a 2026 model for a small increase in price. The ride is very smooth and quiet. The dashboard screen is very vivid. Backing up is so much safer. The electronics are a handful but we are learning with help of Jacob.

Lou Marchesi is my go to salesman. Always a professional. Works to make sure customer gets what they want from the lease plan. Always a pleasure to have Lou take care of our leases. The front desk is super friendly when we come in. Again, all in all a excellent experience with Avis Ford!

Tim Shea is hands down the BEST at what he does at Pat Milliken Ford. I filed bankruptcy for the first time not knowing what to expect, but Tim gave me some great advice. Because of his VIP Bankruptcy program I went from a 2015 car to a 2022 SUV. I watched him work diligently with finance companies to ensure I had the best options possible. Great guy. Great service. Saw used car on internet, stopped in to check it out. Kevin let me look over the car before approaching me. He was helpful answering my questions, explaining features. At NO time did I feel pressured to make a deal. We negotiated what I feel was a VERY FAIR PRICE. Car was handed over freshly washed and with ample gas to get me home. Well worth the hour and 15 minute drive. Kevin is a very fair, NO PRESSURE, friendly person to deal with. I would send anyone shopping for a vehicle to him. Nice waiting area, clean facilities, and free coffee too!
