My variceal was delivered a couple weeks early, but was not informed that I needed to complete purchase earlier as well. It made me scramble to get to dealer as I was traveling. All worked out and hopefully Ford will take notice so this problem is r=easily resolved.

As an attorney, I interact with people on every level on a daily basis. I had a Bronco I wanted to trade in after deciding to downsize so I sent in an inquiry to Wayne Ford using cars.com. I was a bit skeptical since I’ve never used the app, but their team reached out rather quickly and gave me a ball park for my trade-in through text. I took the drive over from Philly and met the representative, Eric, who reached out to me. I took my new vehicle for a test drive, sat down to discuss my trade in and he did everything in his power to help me get the price I wanted for my trade. I had two other dealerships in the area who were calling me for my trade-in but Eric did a great job hearing me out and pushing to maximize the trade in value of my vehicle while coming down on the price of my new car. After some back and forth, he got me in the ballpark of where I wanted to be and beat out the other two offers I had. It’s nice to be back in a spot where a car salesman wants to compete for your business and doesn’t fall back on the high chance that someone will come in and pay an absurd amount over MSRP. The financial representative, Jordy, was a great help as well. He wasn’t pushing or pressuring me to purchase a bunch of extra warranties I wasn’t interested in, he simply walked me through the options I had with Wayne Ford, what each covered and the costs associated with each one. Ford of Queens has been very attentive to my online request and has continued to follow up, even as I drag my feet on making a decision. I have not visited the dealership, so I cannot comment beyond my online experience.

First and best experience at a dealership thanks to Kole Tomaj. The process was smooth he worked with me very well he was very informative and overall down to earth and awesome. Made me feel like a comfortable customer. Ford needs employees like this that are real and not fake and very respectful and a professional. Kole Tomaj and his boss Miles who is a very professional character as well and projects, that of what a supervisor should be, were the most helpful and help me in the situation that was very complicated due to negligence of others. I can’t speak for other departments at Ford, but the sales team with Miles and Kole Tomaj 5 star. A+.

Went in to buy a used vehicle they had in their inventory. The finance manager worked out a good deal with me to meet my needs in the vehicle i was interested in. The sales person Axel was great with comunication in the car i was interested on.
