Erick Phillips has treatment us well for years. We made the mistake of buy a car elsewhere and ended up getting screwed with a bunch of add ones. Any time we buy a car from metro ford they always treat us well and don't sell us anything we don't want. We will always buy from them.

Took a long time between deciding on the car and walking out the door with the final paperwork. My main issue was with Patty. I called her after the license bureau would not accept the paperwork they gave me. I called the dealership and that was who they gave me to talk to. First of all, she was eating and talking at the same time. She told me to go back and tell them that they were wrong. I had set there for better than two hours. She acted like I was a bother. However, she called me the next day to see if I got it titled and licensed. I waited until a week later to go back. The license bureau was wrong, but I still did not like the attitude of Patty at the dealership. I?m pretty much pleased with my purchase. The salesman was great. I wasn?t push into buying stuff I didn?t want.

I took my 2013 Ford Escape for an oil change and tire rotation, and it was all done in less than an hour. Great service. Ask for Brian, he provides excellent customer service, and we're working with Eddie on their Extended Warranty for another vehicle. They definitely follow-up with you. Took my 2021 F150 and meet with Derby in the service on 2-6-24. For an oil change tire rotation. I told Derby about a battery issue with my truck. Derby checked my extended warranty and other coverage to see covered the battery replacement. Derby went beyond customer service and had great professional service
