Brought my vehicle in back in January for some issues related to the oil pan. Victor and the crew at Hopkins took amazing care of me and empathized with me throughout the entire repair process. Best dealership in town. There’s no other dealer in Illinois that compares to this one. I’m a passionate automobile enthusiast with no patience for xx and THIS dealer has NONE of that. I walked in and I was greeted softly and warmly by the front desk discussing the reason for my visit and understanding if I was browsing or looking for something specific. When I spoke about a specific vehicle I wanted I was referred to Tiffany the sales manager. She was as warm and welcoming as the front desk people were. Tiffany paid careful attention to what I wanted and what I was looking for. I never felt rushed or pressured. I felt MY time and what I wanted is what mattered to her, which it did! She introduced me to her product specialist Roland ( With a cool Cowboy hat and a great sense of humor to accompany it). While Roland knew full well I wasn’t in the market to buy a car in the near future he still spent almost 2 hours with me discussing my options, my needs, and how to get those needs taken care of. By the end of my visit, Roland helped me place an order for the exact vehicle I want. Despite not making a sale that day, they invested those nearly 2 hours in MY NEEDS and they showed me how much MY time meant to them. I’m almost 40 years old and I’ve never purchased a brand new car before in my life, and you know what? This is the place that’s going to happen and I couldn’t be happier. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Bryan (sales manager) is awesome and very friendly! He made the process very smooth and did not haggle me through any part. Eddie (finance) was also notably very helpful and friendly. He showed me the warranty but did not give me a hard time or pressure me into anything other than I came for. He even helped me with a discount for what I originally came in for. Overall 10/10 facility, staff and experience!

Dave was fantastic, made the whole process extremely easy. Needed another transit van for our business, they were very knowledgeable and helpful. I have never had an easier car buying experience.

After contacting the dealership via cars.com I received an email communication from a sales representative saying the car was in stock and available to view. I wrote back and stated, I would be available the following day in the afternoon and left my phone number. After not hearing back from the sales representative. I drove to the dealership the next day and walked into the store. The few sales people that were in the showroom appeared to be busy with other customers and no one was at the welcome desk. I looked at the car outside near the front of the store, but left a few minutes later. The sales person did follow up with me the next day and apologized as it was their day off when I was there. I appreciated the communication, but did purchase a new car at another dealership.

I found the salesman and the manager to be very helpful. Also, they were very good at communicating and getting everything taken care of in a very orderly and timely fashion. This is a great place to do business they go out of their way to make sure they get what you want taken care of and provide you with what you need Great experience!

We had an issue with the carpet in a new vehicle but they are working with Ford to address it. I was very satisfied with the service.

I stopped in for a test drive the other day and was truly pleased with my experience. It was very easy to find and get to, Sharon was extremely nice and helpful, the showroom was beautiful, and I was treated with the utmost respect. Unfortunately I did not buy the vehicle but it had nothing to do with the dealership.
