Purchased a new explorer a year ago, so easy, fair price and excellent service. Just came back for my 10,000 mile service and couldn?t be happier. Made my appointment and planned to wait rather than drop off. Took my vehicle in on time, finished in reasonable short time and they also did an update on my Sync system. Then, icing on the cake, it was all done for no charge. Very happy customer.

The service managers follow up and ascertaining that all was completed to my satisfaction and welcoming return for further service is something you will not fine in many dealerships. I took our Ford EcoSport in for its routine 5,000 mile oil change that included the checking of the fluids, hoses, and wires. The tires were rotated when it was suggested it was due for that. My appointment was for 8:30AM, and my car was taken into the garage right away. Within a half ho9ur the work was completed at a very reasonable price.

Ambrose and Mohammed were great in helping me order my new vehicle and also with the follow up and transfer of vehicles. Got a fair deal and the whole process was pretty straightforward, simple, and painless - would definitely recommend!!

Love that the sales personnel are salaried & not following you around or pushing you to purchase a car.

They were awesome as far as the service and driving my car back! They sent out a reminder email and texted me when the problem was fixed. I was very impressed. The only problem was it took me six months to get an appointment to fix the recall.

2022 Ford Escape Hybrid. Service has been great. Only issue has been making sure the billing is done properly for the fleet management company that handles payments.
