We drove over an hour to view the car we saw on line to see in person. We felt very welcomed and was given information without pressure to purchase. All questions were answered and if Jake did not have the answer he immediately found someone who had the information.

Over the last several years I have bought a used Mustang and a New truck from here. Both sales and service staff have never pushed me to buy anything other than what I was looking for or had scheduled. Sales and service communicate with Text, Email, or phone if you ask which is really nice during work etc. I am a bit younger and none of the other local Ram, Chevy, Toyota,Or Ford dealerships had sales staff that took me seriously enough to try to sell me a car.

While I admit service in the past has been slow, They have brought in a whole new managment team for both service and sales. My most recent experiences here have been nothing short of awesome. They staff is friendly and you can tell they genuinely want to be there. I will keep coming back.

Our sales associate was very helpful and showed us the cars in stock. Nail Yetim (first name pronounced Niles) was very friendly and the entire team in the show room made us very comfortable, my dog enjoyed the visit, " he is a service dog" and enjoyed a treat. Staff were friendly and greeted us as we arrived. Aaron had the vehicle cleaned and ready for us to take for a test drive. He attentively went over the paperwork and explained all the financing options. Overall friendly and helpful.

Everything went smoothly and work-to-be-done was explained. I am an elderly woman and they do their best to be sure I understand what they are doing and what they feel should be taken care of with my older car. They are always very helpful.
