I found a Jeep online that was at Ford Autonation. I came in, took a test drive. Looked at the vehicle. They gave me a car fax. I haggled a little with the salesman and settled on a reasonable monthly payment. Signed papers and drove off. I had to come back right away because there was a misfire. But they gave me a loaner car and replaced the spark plugs. A few days later, there was a problem with the AC compressor and they replaced it at no cost since I was still within my grace period. They all were very friendly and customer service oriented. I'll go back next time I'm looking for another vehicle.

I live part time in Rhode island and Florida but selected Mullinex Ford to buy the truck and flew down to get it when it arrived. He did not take the time to explain our options and abruptly ended the phone call when we requested more information before moving forward. His comment—“too bad we couldn’t do business”—felt dismissive, especially given the significance of the transaction. If you're considering working with this dealership, I recommend reaching out to Carlos directly. He was proactive, transparent, and genuinely committed to making the process smooth.

Came in to browse and left with a new car, not due to pressure from anyone but because of great prices and the absolutely fantastic service of Nelson and the rest of the team at Mullinax Ford. Dealership came highly recommended from friends who had used them before, and they did not disappoint.
