Over the last several years I have bought a used Mustang and a New truck from here. Both sales and service staff have never pushed me to buy anything other than what I was looking for or had scheduled. Sales and service communicate with Text, Email, or phone if you ask which is really nice during work etc. I am a bit younger and none of the other local Ram, Chevy, Toyota,Or Ford dealerships had sales staff that took me seriously enough to try to sell me a car.

We drove over an hour to view the car we saw on line to see in person. We felt very welcomed and was given information without pressure to purchase. All questions were answered and if Jake did not have the answer he immediately found someone who had the information.

We recently purchased a 2024 Ford Explorer ST at Gregg Young in Hortonville. We had been looking, test driving and shopping around for a few weeks. We went back to this dealership, as we had purchased with them years ago. Our experience was seamless, we love our Explorer!

As with any vehicle new or used (but especially used) purchasing a warranty is a must for my family and I...it would appear that all negative reviews I've read have to do not with the dealership, but with the lack of extended warranty coverage - unfortunate that customers choose to associate this lapse in their judgement with the integrity of the dealership. Recently, I purchased a used Ford Edge from Bergstrom Ford of Neenah.I actually did stop and shop other car dealers from Rosemont, Mn. to include Baldwin, Wisconsin and Neenah,Wi. The assistance I received from the team at Bergstrom and the fact that this Edge was Gold Certified with the Blue Advantage was very much an aid in our decision to purchase our vehicle here. Our sales associate was very helpful and showed us the cars in stock. Nail Yetim (first name pronounced Niles) was very friendly and the entire team in the show room made us very comfortable, my dog enjoyed the visit, " he is a service dog" and enjoyed a treat. We purchased a 2024 Luncoln Nautilus with 5k miles. We needed to bring it back for some minor items. Bergstrom said it would take a full day and they didn't have a loaner available. Ally suggested that Bergstrom pick up the car from my residence. WOW! That was above and beyond. Ally also texted me periodically throughout the day to let me know the service progress. I appreciated this because then I could have an idea of when my vehicle would be returned. Ally texted me when the driver left Neenah and in 20 minutes, our Nautilus was in our driveway. Shout out to Matt N for his salesmanship as well!

I took the car in for a scheduled oil change,lube and tire rotation. The service department brought to my attention the filter was dirty and needed to be changed. After checking the battery, it was found to be low. Living in frigid Wisconsin and the winter coming on, I decided to purchase a new battery. I have major health problems and make many trips to medical appointments. Knowing that the battery will be working gives me great peace of mind.
