I am the original owner and ordered the first generation Badlands fully loaded. Liked it so much I purchased it after the lease. I have been very satisfied with performance and gas mileage. I am currently getting 25 mpg in combination driving. Plenty of tech to appease the young crowd. Navigation is easy to use and I prefer it over using Maps on my phone. GOAT modes are useful with and Sport mode is fun to play with. Looking forward to 2026 plugin hybrid version.

Bronco Sport had a much more sporty feel then all the car-like SUVs I drove. I like the different drive modes, match between transmission and turbo engine, taughtness of steering, abundance of features/ease of use on Big Bend model, solid suspension. This vehicle will hold up much better than the other SUV’s I drove in tough driving conditions. I guess I’m open to Ford as a car manufacture going forward.

Brought my vehicle in back in January for some issues related to the oil pan. Victor and the crew at Hopkins took amazing care of me and empathized with me throughout the entire repair process. Truly appreciate these guys work ethic and customer first service approach. Need more dealer service providers like this across this country and this is the standard that others should strive to follow. I have a '22 Base. My wife and I love it. We needed a 4x4 when we move to a more rural state and although we're generally happy with the vehicle, we can't help roll our eyes of the number of recalls and reliability questions surrounding the model. Had I known about the difference in the 1.5L to 2L engines, I'd have opted for the 2L engines, but that's only available at the top trimmed Badlands. This is almost the perfect vehicle for a two person household who has a dog, likes to take day trips and it pretty good on fuel economy (32mpg over 15k miles). The interior is pretty cheap, however. I would recommend the vehicle, however, but only with the 2L engine and only with a warranty. There are just too many concerns with this vehicle to own it without a warranty

This car is sporty, a very comfortable ride, handles beautifully!! I feel safe while driving, and mine is the red only made in 21, and I think it catches eyes going down the road!! I love it!

My experience pertains specifically to the Ford service department - not the actual car dealership. So this place is clearly under new management. After getting some ridiculous estimates from other mechanics and body shops, I decided to give this place a try…. I got outstanding service from Pat Gavin. He quickly got me estimates which confirmed my suspicions that the other mechanics were trying to gorge me into paying for a bunch of unnecessary repairs. Pat & team were able to fix several problems that had been lingering on my car for several months. I always postponed getting these things fixed because other mechanics wanted literally $5-10k for what seemed like small issues. I’m ecstatic to have finally found someone in this industry that conducts business with (1) integrity and (2) high standards in delivering quality! It’s such a relief to know where to go to get my car fixed without getting guided into a bunch of high priced and unnecessary work. I also got my car back cleaner than when I dropped it off!! Everything from the service to the price to the quality of the work exceeded my highest expectations. 1 month later my car is running as good as new. If only everything in the auto industry (particularly the service & repair industry) was run this way.

Always loved ford. Had two rangers which were gas pigs but they would go through any cold Canadian winter with ease. Had a jeep which gave me not alot of issues but one major electrical issue. Got rid of it and got my bronco. I absolutely love it. Great in the snow and the look of them is just beautiful.

I usually dread dealing with car dealerships but Hawk Ford was different and went out of their way to make it positive, especially the salesman Rich Bergmann.

The interior scratches too easy and shows scratches on doors. Not very excited about that seatbelt scratches the middle console very easy not very happy about that and not wireless connecting to the car like I was told when I bought the car. I do not like how the rocks kick up on the hood from the road scratches the paint I don’t know why it grabs the hood. Not very happy about that. This is my second bronco that I’ve had to the things I do love it’s a bronco does have four doors, I love my color green love how the seats heat up. Just wish that you wouldn’t have to keep it on high to get it on the very backside and heat your butt really fast you like the seeds fall down for my sister’s dog I love the screen, but there is a glitch on when you hook up your phone does not always connect to the car so I’m not very happy about that. Was in my old car as well , don’t it has enough room and comfortable when you have long legs 💚💖
