They confirmed the work to be done, they asked some questions about my issues so they could have a better understanding of what was going on. It gave me a sense of confidence in their knowledge and the service that they were to provide. I met the technician who performed my service, he has excellent knowledge of the 2003 F250 Super duty Diesel. He took the time to explain what was wrong and what he did to fix the problem. I have lived several places around the country and have dealt with a number of service departments, this, by far, was the best experience that I have ever had. Thank you very much for everything!!! Great overall small SUV. Good styling, and a more truck feel than most small SUV's. Nice road feel. And good color selection. Definitely recommend this one.

The service staff here were excellent, they listened to my concern seriously and fixed a problem the car had for months - it really was a relief! They also went out of their way to do a thorough review of the cars condition and let me know a couple of things to look for at the next checkup. Professional throughout, and the shuttle service was a really lifesaver.

I have a '22 Base. My wife and I love it. We needed a 4x4 when we move to a more rural state and although we're generally happy with the vehicle, we can't help roll our eyes of the number of recalls and reliability questions surrounding the model. Had I known about the difference in the 1.5L to 2L engines, I'd have opted for the 2L engines, but that's only available at the top trimmed Badlands. This is almost the perfect vehicle for a two person household who has a dog, likes to take day trips and it pretty good on fuel economy (32mpg over 15k miles). The interior is pretty cheap, however. I would recommend the vehicle, however, but only with the 2L engine and only with a warranty. There are just too many concerns with this vehicle to own it without a warranty

Always loved ford. Had two rangers which were gas pigs but they would go through any cold Canadian winter with ease. Had a jeep which gave me not alot of issues but one major electrical issue. Got rid of it and got my bronco. I absolutely love it. Great in the snow and the look of them is just beautiful.

Visit was due a recall. The initial contact with Michael Nabinger was friendly, warm and professional. He advised me what would take place, asked for my info, then asked if there was anything further he could do on this visit. He gave me a time frame for the work to be done, and was spot on. This was the easiest service visit to date. Would take it back for any future service.

Generally the styling is nice, you really can see where the older Escape was used as the basis for this vehicle. The interior is nice and comfortable. Ford missed the mark on storage. The dead space behind the screen, as one example. You can buy a bin that will fit very nicely in that spot. Mileage has been good. Road noise can be a little much as times, and the ride can get a little jittery at speed. There is an odd shudder between 35 and 40mph, that the service tech said is from "cylinder deactivation". Ford and other manufacturers have had this technology for a long time. Seems hard to believe that Ford would screw it up. Was told that it happens in Eco or Normal mode. In Sport mode it's less noticeable, and doesn't really effect the mileage that much. Tried it, didn't see much of a difference. Other issue is legroom in the back seat. I'm 6'4" (and it's surprisingly easy for me to get in and out), but I need to have the seat back a bit. Leaves very little room for a back seat passenger. Overall, pretty good vehicle. Hopefully in the next gen, they'll correct some of these issues.
