Dealing with Dahl was a very pleasant experience. We were treated respectfully. No high pressured sales pitches. Javier Calleja was our sales consultant. He was very professional and answered all our questions and made us comfortable with the entire process. I really appreciated the IT class with Dan Medberry. It was a great help since it has been a long time since we purchased a new vehicle. A lot has changed! Both Javier and Dan are to be commended for the fine job they do.

Generally the styling is nice, you really can see where the older Escape was used as the basis for this vehicle. The interior is nice and comfortable. Ford missed the mark on storage. The dead space behind the screen, as one example. You can buy a bin that will fit very nicely in that spot. Mileage has been good. Road noise can be a little much as times, and the ride can get a little jittery at speed. There is an odd shudder between 35 and 40mph, that the service tech said is from "cylinder deactivation". Ford and other manufacturers have had this technology for a long time. Seems hard to believe that Ford would screw it up. Was told that it happens in Eco or Normal mode. In Sport mode it's less noticeable, and doesn't really effect the mileage that much. Tried it, didn't see much of a difference. Other issue is legroom in the back seat. I'm 6'4" (and it's surprisingly easy for me to get in and out), but I need to have the seat back a bit. Leaves very little room for a back seat passenger. Overall, pretty good vehicle. Hopefully in the next gen, they'll correct some of these issues.

It had been 36 years since I had purchased a new vehicle. The process with Marty was so smooth. I have a '22 Base. My wife and I love it. We needed a 4x4 when we move to a more rural state and although we're generally happy with the vehicle, we can't help roll our eyes of the number of recalls and reliability questions surrounding the model. Had I known about the difference in the 1.5L to 2L engines, I'd have opted for the 2L engines, but that's only available at the top trimmed Badlands. This is almost the perfect vehicle for a two person household who has a dog, likes to take day trips and it pretty good on fuel economy (32mpg over 15k miles). The interior is pretty cheap, however. I would recommend the vehicle, however, but only with the 2L engine and only with a warranty. There are just too many concerns with this vehicle to own it without a warranty

I have owned products for over 40 years, and this is the best vehicle that I had purchased! It rides smooth, excellent gas mileage, and a lot of room.

Great overall small SUV. Good styling, and a more truck feel than most small SUV's. Nice road feel. And good color selection. Definitely recommend this one.

2024 bronco sport badlands has been a great vehicle. 2.0 ecoboost that only comes with the badlands is a must the 3 cylinder is gutless. All these recalls are mostly for the smaller engine. The only recall I've had was a reprogram for the battery condition. Not a big deal. I got 2,250 rebate and 2.9 financing that was hard to pass up.

Service department is very knowledgeable about various car issues and gave great options on how to resolve each issue. They were friendly and answered to the best of their ability all the questions I asked. I was happy with the quality of service I received in addition to the quick turnaround time.

Always loved ford. Had two rangers which were gas pigs but they would go through any cold Canadian winter with ease. Had a jeep which gave me not alot of issues but one major electrical issue. Got rid of it and got my bronco. I absolutely love it. Great in the snow and the look of them is just beautiful.

I am the original owner and ordered the first generation Badlands fully loaded. Liked it so much I purchased it after the lease. I have been very satisfied with performance and gas mileage. I am currently getting 25 mpg in combination driving. Plenty of tech to appease the young crowd. Navigation is easy to use and I prefer it over using Maps on my phone. GOAT modes are useful with and Sport mode is fun to play with. Looking forward to 2026 plugin hybrid version.

This is the best experience I've had buying a vehicle in the quad cities. I've bought a truck from Mills, an SUV from Lujacks, and a car from Courtesy. I bought a pre owned Bronco Sport base model. 49,000 miles at purchase. It's perfect except for the brake noise when backing up. I see a lot of people mentioned this. Had I known about it I may have picked the Equinox. But I love my Baby Bronco and won't complain at all. I got another 50,000 bumper to bumper warranty with it. So I'm very happy with my Bronco!

Other than our f 150 with the coyote motor this has been my favorite vehicle. Great fuel economy, great to look at and just fun to drive. The week after we bought it we got an ice storm and this thing was keeping up with the big 4x4 trucks. My husband was still able to get to work every day. We've brought it on vacation to the beach and threw a paddle board on top. I use it to bring the dog back and forth to the vet and to get his pup cups, and the back is super easy to clean with some type of rubber material. It's always the top choice when we're doing weekend adventures. I've had zero issues with it. The AC blows very cold, my daughter says we're ice cubes in 90°+ heat. The infotainment center is easy to use, and I can hook up the navigation by using my phone charger. The only thing I don't like is sometimes when backing up it makes a loud noise and my brakes have been checked 🤷

I have used the service department at Courtesy Ford for years. They are also great to work with and they do not try to gouge you with extra costs that you don't really need. I would recommend using them, the new GM is a great guy and makes sure customers are taken care of properly.

Bronco Sport had a much more sporty feel then all the car-like SUVs I drove. I like the different drive modes, match between transmission and turbo engine, taughtness of steering, abundance of features/ease of use on Big Bend model, solid suspension. This vehicle will hold up much better than the other SUV’s I drove in tough driving conditions. I guess I’m open to Ford as a car manufacture going forward.

I would definitely buy a car from them again. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. They workers were super nice and they got my car out of the show room floor and put it under the awning for us. Some other dealerships need to take note of how to take care of there customers like Lindquist Ford!
