Generally the styling is nice, you really can see where the older Escape was used as the basis for this vehicle. The interior is nice and comfortable. Ford missed the mark on storage. The dead space behind the screen, as one example. You can buy a bin that will fit very nicely in that spot. Mileage has been good. Road noise can be a little much as times, and the ride can get a little jittery at speed. There is an odd shudder between 35 and 40mph, that the service tech said is from "cylinder deactivation". Ford and other manufacturers have had this technology for a long time. Seems hard to believe that Ford would screw it up. Was told that it happens in Eco or Normal mode. In Sport mode it's less noticeable, and doesn't really effect the mileage that much. Tried it, didn't see much of a difference. Other issue is legroom in the back seat. I'm 6'4" (and it's surprisingly easy for me to get in and out), but I need to have the seat back a bit. Leaves very little room for a back seat passenger. Overall, pretty good vehicle. Hopefully in the next gen, they'll correct some of these issues.

My husband and I picked up our new 2022 Mazda 3 yesterday. We live in Green Valley but could not find the car we wanted closer than Scottsdale. Bought a Fusion from Jesse Guajardo yesterday. In the process I’d been to other dealerships where the employees literally stood outside and followed my car before I even parked but this was nothing like that. It was laid back and comfortable. Jesse is a great dude who was honest throughout the whole deal. He was not pushy but informative. I’d personally recommend him to anybody looking for a vehicle.

I have a '22 Base. My wife and I love it. We needed a 4x4 when we move to a more rural state and although we're generally happy with the vehicle, we can't help roll our eyes of the number of recalls and reliability questions surrounding the model. Had I known about the difference in the 1.5L to 2L engines, I'd have opted for the 2L engines, but that's only available at the top trimmed Badlands. This is almost the perfect vehicle for a two person household who has a dog, likes to take day trips and it pretty good on fuel economy (32mpg over 15k miles). The interior is pretty cheap, however. I would recommend the vehicle, however, but only with the 2L engine and only with a warranty. There are just too many concerns with this vehicle to own it without a warranty

Corey and team went above and beyond to help me and my twin 16 yr old daughters. We had just spent 2 hrs at a competitors dealership getting belittled and chastised. So after leaving that dealership we stopped at Cardinaleway just to look at their used cars. We couldnt have been greeted by a nicer salesman than JP. He went out of his way to show us everything they had within our price range. It was also 115 outside and that didnt stop him from providing great customer service. But what was the best customer service was Corey providing me a suggestion of leasing 2 new mazda 3 versus buying 2 used cars. The outcome was better than expected. I ended up with 2 new 2018 cars for less out of pocket money and a lower monthly payment that I currently had with one car. There was no pressure at all! I have never felt so comfortable in buying a new car than I did at this dealership. The entire process was awesome. Everyone was so friendly and kind. It truly felt like family. I am the original owner and ordered the first generation Badlands fully loaded. Liked it so much I purchased it after the lease. I have been very satisfied with performance and gas mileage. I am currently getting 25 mpg in combination driving. Plenty of tech to appease the young crowd. Navigation is easy to use and I prefer it over using Maps on my phone. GOAT modes are useful with and Sport mode is fun to play with. Looking forward to 2026 plugin hybrid version.

This car is sporty, a very comfortable ride, handles beautifully!! I feel safe while driving, and mine is the red only made in 21, and I think it catches eyes going down the road!! I love it!

Bronco Sport had a much more sporty feel then all the car-like SUVs I drove. I like the different drive modes, match between transmission and turbo engine, taughtness of steering, abundance of features/ease of use on Big Bend model, solid suspension. This vehicle will hold up much better than the other SUV’s I drove in tough driving conditions. I guess I’m open to Ford as a car manufacture going forward.

The interior scratches too easy and shows scratches on doors. Not very excited about that seatbelt scratches the middle console very easy not very happy about that and not wireless connecting to the car like I was told when I bought the car. I do not like how the rocks kick up on the hood from the road scratches the paint I don’t know why it grabs the hood. Not very happy about that. This is my second bronco that I’ve had to the things I do love it’s a bronco does have four doors, I love my color green love how the seats heat up. Just wish that you wouldn’t have to keep it on high to get it on the very backside and heat your butt really fast you like the seeds fall down for my sister’s dog I love the screen, but there is a glitch on when you hook up your phone does not always connect to the car so I’m not very happy about that. Was in my old car as well , don’t it has enough room and comfortable when you have long legs 💚💖

I bought a pre owned Bronco Sport base model. 49,000 miles at purchase. It's perfect except for the brake noise when backing up. I see a lot of people mentioned this. Had I known about it I may have picked the Equinox. But I love my Baby Bronco and won't complain at all. I got another 50,000 bumper to bumper warranty with it. So I'm very happy with my Bronco!

Always loved ford. Had two rangers which were gas pigs but they would go through any cold Canadian winter with ease. Had a jeep which gave me not alot of issues but one major electrical issue. Got rid of it and got my bronco. I absolutely love it. Great in the snow and the look of them is just beautiful.

The ride is somewhat rough. In a long distance drive the seats become uncomfortable. The Broncos Sport does have a fair amount of interior noise.

Good experience with Tyler and Katie I purchased a pre-owned X3 recently from Arrowhead BMW. It was a pleasant experience going through the purchase. I visited the dealership a couple of times to test a couple of vehicles, and there was no rush or pressure put on by the dealership. Pricing was transparent though one has to be diligent to review every line item when the final price is done. A couple of small items remained, which the dealership resolved quickly, and had the vehicle completely serviced. Would recommend the sales team of Tyler, Katie, Andre and Tony. They reached out post sales as well to check-in on the vehicle.

Other than our f 150 with the coyote motor this has been my favorite vehicle. Great fuel economy, great to look at and just fun to drive. The week after we bought it we got an ice storm and this thing was keeping up with the big 4x4 trucks. My husband was still able to get to work every day. We've brought it on vacation to the beach and threw a paddle board on top. I use it to bring the dog back and forth to the vet and to get his pup cups, and the back is super easy to clean with some type of rubber material. It's always the top choice when we're doing weekend adventures. I've had zero issues with it. The AC blows very cold, my daughter says we're ice cubes in 90°+ heat. The infotainment center is easy to use, and I can hook up the navigation by using my phone charger. The only thing I don't like is sometimes when backing up it makes a loud noise and my brakes have been checked 🤷

I liked the look of the Bronco Sport from the first time I saw it, and I like the mix of fun and practicality. I chose the Badlands trim specifically for the more powerful 2.0 liter Ecoboost engine. My wife and I own a 2017 Ford Escape with the same engine and it is powerful and fun to drive. I traded a 2017 Subaru Forester XT with a turbocharged engine and I liked that car as well and looked at an Outback Wilderness XT which was a very nice and practical car, with a comparable turbocharged engine, but after test driving both vehicles, my wife and I both liked the Bronco Sport Badlands more.

CHRIS and marcio were incredible. Their service is beyond beyond even though I didn’t buy the car. It was not because of anything they did, it’s just when I factored in the transportation to the northeast it just didn’t make any sense if I lived within 500 miles of them I would buy from them all the time they are the best of the best whoever trained them also should be commended Joe ct Former new car dealer for 50 years

I bought this Bronco Sport brand new in June 22 to use for rideshare and have been more than pleased with everything about it. I have over 78k miles on it and it runs as if it had 78 miles on it. Great gas mileage, great ride, and great car.

Great overall small SUV. Good styling, and a more truck feel than most small SUV's. Nice road feel. And good color selection. Definitely recommend this one.

Tempe Honda. What can I say? I have nothing but good things to say now. As a loyal Honda customer, I am heavily impressed with Tempe Honda, specifically Lou Sofre. To start, my wife's car was totaled a couple months ago and we finally got paid out, and I talked her into a Honda. She wanted a new HRV, so we went searching in the worst possible time with the chip shortage. we went to one dealer (not going to name names) in the morning, who tried to market adjust a base HRV 6 grand and told us they couldn't bring it down. We called Tempe Honda and they could get us in a car that same day with no market adjustments. When we tried to tell the Honda dealer we were currently sitting at, they told us that the deal wasn't real. Well, we got to Tempe Honda, and ended up with a great deal on a brand new 2022 HRV. This buying experience with Lou, was simple, quick, easy and very fair. So much so, that I decided to make the plunge and purchase my first ever car with Lou and Tempe Honda too. Lou went out of his way to make sure that a bad experience I had with the service center in 2018 was addressed and would not happen in the future, and I could not be happier with my brand new 2022 Civic sport hatchback. Very strong trade In values for cars as well, with very hassle free negotiation. Lou also put up with my two weeks of constant texts about the car as I was impatiently waiting for it to come from the factory. Car turned out beautiful. Big bend cactus grey with convenience package all of the features you need for less than 35k. Peppy turbo 3 cylinder will surprise you. Excellent traction even with all season tire. Nice ride comfort. Roomy inside lots of head room. Comfortable heated seats. It heats up fast with app controlled remote start with the optional ptc heater. Average gas mileage city and highway 29 mpg. Can't say enough good things about this bronco.

Got a good deal on a very low mileage Ford Maverick. Salesperson was low key. Didn’t get as much as I deserved for the trade in.

General manager David Kohler is a phenomenal person to work with on the higher level at a dealership. I have purchased many vehicles from Chapman Ford and will continue to do so. 2024 bronco sport badlands has been a great vehicle. 2.0 ecoboost that only comes with the badlands is a must the 3 cylinder is gutless. All these recalls are mostly for the smaller engine. The only recall I've had was a reprogram for the battery condition. Not a big deal. I got 2,250 rebate and 2.9 financing that was hard to pass up.

Very friendly staff, had an easy time ordering a new XC40 Electric. There was no mark-up over MSRP--all of the other dealerships were asking ridiculous prices.
