Great overall small SUV. Good styling, and a more truck feel than most small SUV's. Nice road feel. And good color selection. Definitely recommend this one.

Luther Hopkins Honda responded quickly to my cars.com request for info, had the car ready for a test drive and sold it for a fair price. Car was in excellent shape and the dealership made a used car looks and smell like new.

Generally the styling is nice, you really can see where the older Escape was used as the basis for this vehicle. The interior is nice and comfortable. Ford missed the mark on storage. The dead space behind the screen, as one example. You can buy a bin that will fit very nicely in that spot. Mileage has been good. Road noise can be a little much as times, and the ride can get a little jittery at speed. There is an odd shudder between 35 and 40mph, that the service tech said is from "cylinder deactivation". Ford and other manufacturers have had this technology for a long time. Seems hard to believe that Ford would screw it up. Was told that it happens in Eco or Normal mode. In Sport mode it's less noticeable, and doesn't really effect the mileage that much. Tried it, didn't see much of a difference. Other issue is legroom in the back seat. I'm 6'4" (and it's surprisingly easy for me to get in and out), but I need to have the seat back a bit. Leaves very little room for a back seat passenger. Overall, pretty good vehicle. Hopefully in the next gen, they'll correct some of these issues.

I brought my Ranger in for the 100K scheduled maintenance. The service advisor (Steven) was very professional and kept in communication during the day about what was being found and timing for completion. The shuttle service and drivers were great, they were nice enough to bring the truck back to the house after a snowstorm. The truck is running much better after the service work so I am glad I had it done. Thanks all for the wonderful work.

I am the original owner and ordered the first generation Badlands fully loaded. Liked it so much I purchased it after the lease. I have been very satisfied with performance and gas mileage. I am currently getting 25 mpg in combination driving. Plenty of tech to appease the young crowd. Navigation is easy to use and I prefer it over using Maps on my phone. GOAT modes are useful with and Sport mode is fun to play with. Looking forward to 2026 plugin hybrid version.

I have purchased three different vehicles from this dealer, and each experience has been great. I never felt pressured to purchase something I did not want. Good selection of vehicles. Robby was great. He is new to this work, he did follow up to make sure eveything is going great with the purchase. I would like to see this dealership work on the service department more, as I had multiple issues getting my vehicles serviced at this location.

This car is sporty, a very comfortable ride, handles beautifully!! I feel safe while driving, and mine is the red only made in 21, and I think it catches eyes going down the road!! I love it!

2024 bronco sport badlands has been a great vehicle. 2.0 ecoboost that only comes with the badlands is a must the 3 cylinder is gutless. All these recalls are mostly for the smaller engine. The only recall I've had was a reprogram for the battery condition. Not a big deal. I got 2,250 rebate and 2.9 financing that was hard to pass up.

Christopher was an excellent sales consultant during a busy year-end with a more complicated sale that required shipping the vehicle out of state to a rather picky buyer (me). Compared to another dealer I contacted this experience was “night and day”. I’d definitely recommend others to consider working with this dealership at least for the sales experience. I particularly enjoyed the fact that Chris found another RSX driver amongst the White Bear employees to perform a brief road test of my eventual car to set my mind at some ease for a real-world experience. They also were fairly cooperative about most of my requests to “seal the deal” (minor touch-up/clean up items). My only suggestions would be to see about hastening the shipping experience if that’s even possible and put a bit more effort into detail of the car before listing for sale - the car had been in their hands for a couple of months and just needed a couple small detail items to make it close to perfect for selling a 20+ year old vehicle (these were the items I had to request at time of negotiation). Nice work overall - just looking forward to the shipper to arrive that will be a great day!

I have a '22 Base. My wife and I love it. We needed a 4x4 when we move to a more rural state and although we're generally happy with the vehicle, we can't help roll our eyes of the number of recalls and reliability questions surrounding the model. Had I known about the difference in the 1.5L to 2L engines, I'd have opted for the 2L engines, but that's only available at the top trimmed Badlands. This is almost the perfect vehicle for a two person household who has a dog, likes to take day trips and it pretty good on fuel economy (32mpg over 15k miles). The interior is pretty cheap, however. I would recommend the vehicle, however, but only with the 2L engine and only with a warranty. There are just too many concerns with this vehicle to own it without a warranty

After keeping my eye on this vehicle for 3 months I finally decided to treat myself. The process online was simple, the communication with Dan in sales was great over the phone as well as in person. Financing was smooth. This entire process was done in less than a day. I drove off the lot a very happy driver.

I bought a pre owned Bronco Sport base model. 49,000 miles at purchase. It's perfect except for the brake noise when backing up. I see a lot of people mentioned this. Had I known about it I may have picked the Equinox. But I love my Baby Bronco and won't complain at all. I got another 50,000 bumper to bumper warranty with it. So I'm very happy with my Bronco!

Jim Jessen was the best car salesman we have ever met. All the staff were wonderful. Jim went above and beyond to help us choose a used Ranger for our granddaughter. He set up our granddaughter’s phone, made sure her automatic lights were on as we were leaving after dark etc. I can’t say enough about his care and customer service. When the check engine light came on late that night, it only took a phone call to Jim to have us come in the next day. After 2 1/2 hours of them checking it over, they found the sensor was faulty. A part is ordered and will be installed when it arrives. All at no cost to us. For the inconvenience, they buffed the car getting any small scratches etc out. The 2019 Ranger was one owner Blue Certified with 72000 miles. We are having it undercoated, they got us in Wednesday and offered a rental car to drive while this was being done. Just have to return with full tank of gas. No high pressure anywhere. So happy we went there. Go to Inver Grove Ford for the best service. Make sure and ask for Jim “JJJ” Jessen!!!! Was a wonderful experience!! Can’t say anything long term about the car, but it was the first time I had bought a car/gone to a dealership for myself. Trade in was SMOOTH! Got a good deal for my old buick and got a NICE upgrade to a 2023 subaru!! In love with it and all its features! Was greeted within minutes of walking into the dealership and was assisted immediately. Got to test drive in 10 min. Other than our f 150 with the coyote motor this has been my favorite vehicle. Great fuel economy, great to look at and just fun to drive. The week after we bought it we got an ice storm and this thing was keeping up with the big 4x4 trucks. My husband was still able to get to work every day. We've brought it on vacation to the beach and threw a paddle board on top. I use it to bring the dog back and forth to the vet and to get his pup cups, and the back is super easy to clean with some type of rubber material. It's always the top choice when we're doing weekend adventures. I've had zero issues with it. The AC blows very cold, my daughter says we're ice cubes in 90°+ heat. The infotainment center is easy to use, and I can hook up the navigation by using my phone charger. The only thing I don't like is sometimes when backing up it makes a loud noise and my brakes have been checked 🤷
