My son returned from college and his vehicle was having problems. It's a 2006 Camry and I knew it would need extensive repairs. My service advisor William made sure that I was provided a loaner car so that I would have transportation while the parts were being ordered. He updated me on the estimate and the status of the repairs constantly. And when the service took longer because one of the parts didn't come in he discounted the service. So I actually ended up paying less than what was estimated and the car is running perfectly.

I have owned products for over 40 years, and this is the best vehicle that I had purchased! It rides smooth, excellent gas mileage, and a lot of room.

Bronco Sport had a much more sporty feel then all the car-like SUVs I drove. I like the different drive modes, match between transmission and turbo engine, taughtness of steering, abundance of features/ease of use on Big Bend model, solid suspension. This vehicle will hold up much better than the other SUV’s I drove in tough driving conditions. I guess I’m open to Ford as a car manufacture going forward.

On February 18 th 2025.I had an appointment for the recall (EPS) service of my 2024 HONDZ CRV.I did not expect everything to be done so efficiently and professionally. I had the feeling that I was the most important costumer that day.Service Advisor ROBIN MASON professional and patient. He answered all my questions exhaustively. He also gave me lot of valuable and practical advice. Thanks to him ,everything turned out to be very simple.The car was ready ahead of time.Robin also carried out a complementary service without any problems, for which I did not have an appointment. Great overall small SUV. Good styling, and a more truck feel than most small SUV's. Nice road feel. And good color selection. Definitely recommend this one.

After doing my research online I found the F150 I really liked at Capital Ford. I reached out to these guys online and received multiple responses about the truck I wanted. I went in and met with Julian J. He brought out the truck explained all the bells and whistles to me and we went for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the truck. Soon after we were doing the paperwork. The whole experience was friendly and faster than I anticipated. Capital Fords team was very professional. I am happy with my new truck and look forward to working with them in the future.

I have a '22 Base. My wife and I love it. We needed a 4x4 when we move to a more rural state and although we're generally happy with the vehicle, we can't help roll our eyes of the number of recalls and reliability questions surrounding the model. Had I known about the difference in the 1.5L to 2L engines, I'd have opted for the 2L engines, but that's only available at the top trimmed Badlands. This is almost the perfect vehicle for a two person household who has a dog, likes to take day trips and it pretty good on fuel economy (32mpg over 15k miles). The interior is pretty cheap, however. I would recommend the vehicle, however, but only with the 2L engine and only with a warranty. There are just too many concerns with this vehicle to own it without a warranty

The facility is very nice and the atmosphere is definitely low pressure. The prices are on the high side for new cars, which they justify by saying the cars are thoroughly inspected prior to being sold. The prices are set - no haggling. My only problem with them is they seriously lowballed us on our trade in - I was expecting an offer that would let them make a profit on our trade in, but they were at least four thousand under a conservative Blue Book trade in value. I may go back if I sell my car on my own, but I won't be bringing in a trade.

Generally the styling is nice, you really can see where the older Escape was used as the basis for this vehicle. The interior is nice and comfortable. Ford missed the mark on storage. The dead space behind the screen, as one example. You can buy a bin that will fit very nicely in that spot. Mileage has been good. Road noise can be a little much as times, and the ride can get a little jittery at speed. There is an odd shudder between 35 and 40mph, that the service tech said is from "cylinder deactivation". Ford and other manufacturers have had this technology for a long time. Seems hard to believe that Ford would screw it up. Was told that it happens in Eco or Normal mode. In Sport mode it's less noticeable, and doesn't really effect the mileage that much. Tried it, didn't see much of a difference. Other issue is legroom in the back seat. I'm 6'4" (and it's surprisingly easy for me to get in and out), but I need to have the seat back a bit. Leaves very little room for a back seat passenger. Overall, pretty good vehicle. Hopefully in the next gen, they'll correct some of these issues.

I am the original owner and ordered the first generation Badlands fully loaded. Liked it so much I purchased it after the lease. I have been very satisfied with performance and gas mileage. I am currently getting 25 mpg in combination driving. Plenty of tech to appease the young crowd. Navigation is easy to use and I prefer it over using Maps on my phone. GOAT modes are useful with and Sport mode is fun to play with. Looking forward to 2026 plugin hybrid version.

The staff and sales person worked hard an efficiently to get me into the right new Jeep Gladiator. There was an early mix up that was quickly addressed and corrected, even with Covid restrictions things went smoothly and the dealership has been following up consistently since the beginning.

Always loved ford. Had two rangers which were gas pigs but they would go through any cold Canadian winter with ease. Had a jeep which gave me not alot of issues but one major electrical issue. Got rid of it and got my bronco. I absolutely love it. Great in the snow and the look of them is just beautiful.

This vehicle is amazing! Capable and fun to drive! No matter the weather I’m confident! I think that this will become a real success for Ford! Now I’m waiting for my new one; a 2025 Badlands!

2024 bronco sport badlands has been a great vehicle. 2.0 ecoboost that only comes with the badlands is a must the 3 cylinder is gutless. All these recalls are mostly for the smaller engine. The only recall I've had was a reprogram for the battery condition. Not a big deal. I got 2,250 rebate and 2.9 financing that was hard to pass up.

Jonathan crowder is a stud! He we above and well beyond to take care of me and my family! It’s really separates him from any other salesman I’ve ever encounter! He should be appreciated more I seen all of his other coworkers joking around playing, while he was running aback and forth SWEATING, just to get us taken care of! This car is sporty, a very comfortable ride, handles beautifully!! I feel safe while driving, and mine is the red only made in 21, and I think it catches eyes going down the road!! I love it!

This Review is on service advisor Joe who I can categorize without any hesitation as being the absolute professional best I have dealt with at LHM Toyota on Alameda NE Albuq, NM or any other dealer. I had an Appointment on March 12 2024 @ 1pm for an oil change with advisor named Angel. Angel was a no show at work due to being sick. An anonymous employee tried to find an advisor that wasn’t totally booked for the entire day to no avail. Mr Sanchez took over and got me written advising also that he would see me thru the entire service. What a stress reliever that was! To have someone like Mr. Sanchez to look out for customers like that has to make for a well oiled machine. Definitely a 10 Star employee and one happy customer! The ride is somewhat rough. In a long distance drive the seats become uncomfortable. The Broncos Sport does have a fair amount of interior noise.

I bought this Bronco Sport brand new in June 22 to use for rideshare and have been more than pleased with everything about it. I have over 78k miles on it and it runs as if it had 78 miles on it. Great gas mileage, great ride, and great car.

Dealing with service was easy. Service representative Robert was excellent. Everything was explained and service was done as scheduled and on time. I would recommend dealership.

The interior scratches too easy and shows scratches on doors. Not very excited about that seatbelt scratches the middle console very easy not very happy about that and not wireless connecting to the car like I was told when I bought the car. I do not like how the rocks kick up on the hood from the road scratches the paint I don’t know why it grabs the hood. Not very happy about that. This is my second bronco that I’ve had to the things I do love it’s a bronco does have four doors, I love my color green love how the seats heat up. Just wish that you wouldn’t have to keep it on high to get it on the very backside and heat your butt really fast you like the seeds fall down for my sister’s dog I love the screen, but there is a glitch on when you hook up your phone does not always connect to the car so I’m not very happy about that. Was in my old car as well , don’t it has enough room and comfortable when you have long legs 💚💖

I bought a pre owned Bronco Sport base model. 49,000 miles at purchase. It's perfect except for the brake noise when backing up. I see a lot of people mentioned this. Had I known about it I may have picked the Equinox. But I love my Baby Bronco and won't complain at all. I got another 50,000 bumper to bumper warranty with it. So I'm very happy with my Bronco!

I liked the look of the Bronco Sport from the first time I saw it, and I like the mix of fun and practicality. I chose the Badlands trim specifically for the more powerful 2.0 liter Ecoboost engine. My wife and I own a 2017 Ford Escape with the same engine and it is powerful and fun to drive. I traded a 2017 Subaru Forester XT with a turbocharged engine and I liked that car as well and looked at an Outback Wilderness XT which was a very nice and practical car, with a comparable turbocharged engine, but after test driving both vehicles, my wife and I both liked the Bronco Sport Badlands more.

Service at reliable chevron was awesome they had my vehicle ready is less than one hour my vehicle was clean and ready at the moment of my arrival
