I have a '22 Base. My wife and I love it. We needed a 4x4 when we move to a more rural state and although we're generally happy with the vehicle, we can't help roll our eyes of the number of recalls and reliability questions surrounding the model. Had I known about the difference in the 1.5L to 2L engines, I'd have opted for the 2L engines, but that's only available at the top trimmed Badlands. This is almost the perfect vehicle for a two person household who has a dog, likes to take day trips and it pretty good on fuel economy (32mpg over 15k miles). The interior is pretty cheap, however. I would recommend the vehicle, however, but only with the 2L engine and only with a warranty. There are just too many concerns with this vehicle to own it without a warranty

I have owned products for over 40 years, and this is the best vehicle that I had purchased! It rides smooth, excellent gas mileage, and a lot of room.

Bronco Sport had a much more sporty feel then all the car-like SUVs I drove. I like the different drive modes, match between transmission and turbo engine, taughtness of steering, abundance of features/ease of use on Big Bend model, solid suspension. This vehicle will hold up much better than the other SUV’s I drove in tough driving conditions. I guess I’m open to Ford as a car manufacture going forward.

Excellent service experience at Germain ford of beavercreek. My service advisor (Katlin) was very knowledgeable and very helpful in the process of solving my problem on my 24 f-350. I didnt get the opportunity to meet the technician that performed my repairs but im definitely pleased with the work he performed on my truck. Cant hardly tell it had been touched. Will most definitely use germain in the future.

Always loved ford. Had two rangers which were gas pigs but they would go through any cold Canadian winter with ease. Had a jeep which gave me not alot of issues but one major electrical issue. Got rid of it and got my bronco. I absolutely love it. Great in the snow and the look of them is just beautiful.

I got my oil changed and the service team was very professional and kind. The service was also done very fast. I also had an issue with the keypad on my door and they fixed it so quickly!

Lawrence Reynolds is the greatest! So I went in pre approved from my credit union with a higher than normal interest rate. I was looking at a particular vehicle but Lawrence told me “ hey you may want to consider some different options.” Reason being was the used vehicle has somewhat high in mileage. He said if you don’t like it, don’t buy it! Which made me lower my guards because I was no longer talking to a salesperson, I was talking to someone who really cared! He then stated that he could put me in a brand new car with a lower interest rate, I responded there’s no way! I don’t know what he did except go to bat for me and he got a home run! I am a proud owner of a beautiful 2024 Ford escape. It was on me and my wife’s to do list to go off the lot with a brand new care- he made that happen. Because of his excellent service and willing to ensure you have the best option, I bought him three new clients which are pleased with his willingness to help and until this day we all share the same testimony! This vehicle is amazing! Capable and fun to drive! No matter the weather I’m confident! I think that this will become a real success for Ford! Now I’m waiting for my new one; a 2025 Badlands!
