Richard of the service department saved my long distance road trip by cheerfully helping me get the CD out of my CD player. Thanks to his experience with unsticking his kids' video games and some packaging tape, he got it out of the CD player! Then he joyfully paired my phone with an older version of the sync system that I couldn't figure out to save my life! What a great wonderful guy! Now I love my Transit Connect even more!!

I have owned my 2021 Ford Edge ST LINE since September of 2021. It is now April 2024, and I can say without a doubt, that I am very satisfied with the vehicle. I have taken long trips with it, and it was very comfortable. I have nothing negative to say about this vehicle.

In October 2020 I purchased my 2020 Ford Explorer ST at Koons Sterling Ford and have loved every minute of driving it. I've had it in for regular maintenance and recalls at the dealership but just recently on September 26, 2025, I had my best experience when I brought my Explorer in for a new battery. I had the pleasure of having Bradley Cadenas as my service rep and was very impressed with his professionalism and his outstanding product knowledge regarding my Ford Explorer. I wasn't aware of the FordPass reward points I had accumulated, and Bradley was very helpful in helping me manage these and applying them towards the cost of the new battery and related service work. I felt like I got the "red carpet" treatment and look forward to working with Bradley in the future--he is a credit to the dealership and particularly to the service department. Keep up the good work!

I absolutley love this car. I am a wildlife photographer so I do a lot of driving.... it is comfortable, the windows are huge and amazing. The comfort is like being at home in my comfy chair. It is quiet too.

If you plan on buying a ford edge from 2017, or anywhere between 2015-18, I implore you to make sure that you buy a used one. Why, because if it has over 100k miles on it, there's a good chance it had a good gen 1 engine in it or already had the cracked gen 1 engine in it replaced with a new gen 2 engine in it that won't crack anytime soon. This is a known problem with the ford edges and other models that come with that specific first generation model inline 4-cylinder between the 80k-100k miles marker, Ford knows about it and a recall should be issued but they won't be doing that anytime soon. So, if you by a ford edge with under 60k miles on it like I did, immediately purchase the 50k miles powertrain warranty at designated ford dealer, and if the car is a CPO get the 100k miles warranty no matter what the miles on it currently are, you no idea if the engine you got is going to crack, so make sure you get the warranty plan that will cover replacing the engine and anything else that goes wrong with the needed number of miles to cover the 80k-100k miles marker; my edge almost made it to 100k miles before it cracked. And because the new engine put so much back pressure on the old transmission, the engine killed the transmission, so I got that replaced too! $205 deductible later, and I essentially got an entire new car, I'll drive the thing till the wheels fall off at this point.

Awesome car for my daughter-doesn’t feel big or small-it just happens to have lots of room and be easy to maneuver. Love it…feels like a safe car for a younger driver as well as a fam!

I drove a 2022 Ford Edge SEL for 50 miles its not bad. The interior is decent not cheap feeling except the turn signal stalks infotainment is well layed out and front seats comfortable. The exterior is boring. It is a generic SUV and lights are bright, braking is generic Ford the ride can be a bit harsh the ecoboost 2.0t is fine they are fairly reliable if you simply keep up on changing the oil my ST with 2.0T has 330k on it. If the transmission is decent gets slightly confused in traffic, but other than that it's fine, overall, I would say it's definitely a vehicle.

I live in Northern Maryland. I bought this vehicle at Bob Bell Ford/Hyundai which is quite some distance away. The Used Car Sales Manager, Ron, went above and above to help me with this purchase. We have a 2013 Edge SEL AWD which replaced my wife’s older Explorer which she drive for many years and the Edge has been a real pleasure to drive. I had two successive Expeditions for business which I drove for around half a million miles. So, in late 2022, when we decided to sell the Expy and downsize, we decided to “upgrade” my wife’s Edge and I would keep the 2013. We searched for a good price on a 2019 Titanium and enlisted the help of a sales rep at Crossroads Ford in Cary, NC who had found the 2013 model for us. He found a 2019 Edge ST in Performance Blue with reasonable mileage and not even a scratch!! The interior was immaculate and the panoramic moon roof was the clincher. As an “outside sales rep” for 45 years, I have driven two million miles. During that time, we have owned Volvos, a Saab, Chevrolets, a Chrysler Concorde, a Pontiac, and a bunch of Fords. This ST is the best vehicle we have ever owned!!! Zero to 60 in five, great handling, quiet ride, and 29.7 average on the road at interstate speeds!!! I cannot say too much in favor of this car.
