I have owned my 2021 Ford Edge ST LINE since September of 2021. It is now April 2024, and I can say without a doubt, that I am very satisfied with the vehicle. I have taken long trips with it, and it was very comfortable. I have nothing negative to say about this vehicle.

Drive time in Marietta GA was very easy to work with and they got me into a car the same day. I would recommend them to anyone.

I bought this vehicle in December of 2023, and I have been pleased with the performance and the room inside the car. The boot (trunk) has lots of space. The silver paint with the black wheels looks really sharp. The best appeal for me to purchase this vehicle is that it's reported to rarely need to be in the shop for repairs. It's always been my experience that if you take care of your vehicle then it will perform well.

I purchased the titanium awd edge which came with 20 inch wheels and the ride was a bit rough. I had a 2016 with 18 inch wheels and it was very smooth. I found a set of 18 inch original ford wheels, purchased new tires and now it rides like a dream. It´s quiet, handles well, the interior is a bit dated, but has all the tech and safety I need. I compared the X3 and Q5, but the Edge had a lower price and was loaded. Not a single problem since I bought it, just regular service and one recall that was fixed while I waited at the dealer. I highly recommend it.

If you are looking to purchase, Alan Meyers is your guy. I arrived a little after 12 and I was out by 3. Alan was so professional and efficient. He made sure I left with what I wanted and I still had money in my pocket. He is definitely the go to guy if you are looking for a car. 7 Ford Edges and the 2024 is rock solid yet quiet and great performance. Everyone wants to use the Edge when we go anywhere. The controls are easy to use for non distracted driving. Long road trips are un eventful and tires last forever. Loading space in the rear is flat easy and lots of space. Good visibility and safe.

I went into the dealership with very high hopes but very low expectations because I have some severe credit issues. Joseph Franklin greeted me at the door. He was very friendly and gave off a great vibe. During my appointment, people were pulling at him left and right from constant phone calls to in house interruptions. Never in my life have I owned a Ford but this is my second Ford Edge. A 2021 Edge ST is my second and although the Titanium version was a pleasure the ST with it's handling and performance is a step above. The Edge is more comfortable than most SUV's with much more hauling capacity. Just a great fun car to drive and quite a value.

I had a 2018 Titanium Edge which I loved for its comfort, smooth ride, trouble free mechanics, and looks but wanted to move up to the available driver assistance/safety features. The 2021 features those nicely. I have the Titanium again which I think is worth the extra cost. The cooled seats are better than vented A/C alone. The '21 has a 4 cylinder paired with an eight-speed transmission. That is good with a small gain in gas mileage but not as smooth as the '18 six-cylinder. My main complaint is the tablet-sized control touch-screen which has all the adjustments for interior climate. It can take two touches (or a touch and a slide) to make some adjustments and can draw one's attention off the road for too long if you're not careful. The missing knobs and buttons would be way better.

I like this car very much with one exception. The paint quality is not good. I’ve had to repair several chips in paint. Seems like you barely touch car and paint will chip. I have Star White which is a premium color. This shouldn’t happen. Touch up paint works great! Too badI have to use it!

Drives nice and roomy. But has the loudest engine rattle I have ever heard and dealer service dept says it’s normal. I’m ready to trade it it for something that’s not a ford. My 2012 edge was much quieter…I should have kept it. I bought the 2021 edge new November 2021

I absolutley love this car. I am a wildlife photographer so I do a lot of driving.... it is comfortable, the windows are huge and amazing. The comfort is like being at home in my comfy chair. It is quiet too.

I drove a 2022 Ford Edge SEL for 50 miles its not bad. The interior is decent not cheap feeling except the turn signal stalks infotainment is well layed out and front seats comfortable. The exterior is boring. It is a generic SUV and lights are bright, braking is generic Ford the ride can be a bit harsh the ecoboost 2.0t is fine they are fairly reliable if you simply keep up on changing the oil my ST with 2.0T has 330k on it. If the transmission is decent gets slightly confused in traffic, but other than that it's fine, overall, I would say it's definitely a vehicle.

Although I purchased my Edge used in 2019, it has given me one issue, but Good news! When I took my car to Ford’s dealership to repair, I learnt it was covered completely due to a recalled. The only thing they didn’t do was a “complimentary car wash, that I’m used to having. Nevertheless, the service was taken care of in a timely manner. In spite of one worst winter storm in the South.

We had our 2013 Ford edge for many years had zero problems with it until a stupid driver parked next to my husband and totaled the car. He wasn’t even in the car but until then it never gave us any trouble. We decided we would buy another ford edge which is a 2018 and beautiful. Hopefully we’ll have the same luck with this one.

It's a nice vehicle. Roomy. Great features. The trunk has a lot of food. Lots of head room and leg room. Would recommend this vehicle.

We've owned the 2020 Ford Edge for over 5 years and purchased the car new. Just one recent issue with a sensor for the AWD system during that time. Car drives well with decent power and gets 24-26 mpg in mixed driving and around 30 mpg on the highway. Very comfortable and would consider buying another if they still made them. Only downside is that the car doesn't seem to hold its value that well when compared to the Japanese brands.

Awesome car for my daughter-doesn’t feel big or small-it just happens to have lots of room and be easy to maneuver. Love it…feels like a safe car for a younger driver as well as a fam!
