Extremely pleased with the comfort and ride on my new 2024 Ford Edge Titanium. Have previously owned two Explorers and two Edges. Thought my 2022 Explorer rode very quiet, had lots of power and very comfortable. , but this Edge is significantly better all around than the Explorer. I wish it had intelligent 4 wheel drive with the rear drive primary. I will deal with the AWD version. It handles extremely well with a solid quiet ride and tight turning radius. It has a very large 7x10 touch screen mounted vertically in the middle of the dash. You can control almost every possible setting on this. Totally loaded and worth the extra cost. It is so comfortable we can drive 13-14 hours straight though on our trips to Florida . Drive it, you won’t be disappointed.

2024 is the last year of this two-row SUV. Though it is built on an older design/platform, the Edge is the perfect commuting vehicle. The Edge gets great gas mileage and handles extremely well. The AWD system works well and from past experience with the Edge, we know it handles terrifically in inclement weather. We were able to custom order an SEL with very specific options. We loved that Ford allowed a la carte ordering and we were able to get all the extras we wanted. We are averaging over 30MPG with a couple of thousand miles on the vehicle. The Edge weighs a lot for such a compact crossover, but that’s why we like it safe and hugs the road very well. Plenty of space for a 2-row crossover, offering both excellent passenger comfort and storage capacity. We highly recommend the 2024 Edge to those needing a reliable crossover, a daily commuter, or a safe small family hauler. Consumer Reports absolutely loves this vehicle, and as a 3x owner through the years, I can confirm the reasons why CR loves the Edge. It’s been a great run for the Edge, one of the greatest crossovers ever built.

I live in Arlington so I had sent an email first to see if the Badlands bronco was still available. Jimmy contacted me back right away and even sent me a video of the vehicle. I drove out the next day to take a look at it where I meet up with jimmy. My over all experience was very good and Jimmy definitely made the overall experience much better. Any concern I had he made sure to address quickly and efficiently. I ended up driving off the lot with the bronco I had seen in the ad and a big part of that was due to Jimmy’s excellent customer service. Bought used with 16k miles. 2 years later 52k miles. Only issue was transmission shutter. A fluid exchange service solved issues. Fluid was black. Strongly recommend transmission service every 39-50k miles. I get 32mpg on highway

I drove a 2022 Ford Edge SEL for 50 miles its not bad. The interior is decent not cheap feeling except the turn signal stalks infotainment is well layed out and front seats comfortable. The exterior is boring. It is a generic SUV and lights are bright, braking is generic Ford the ride can be a bit harsh the ecoboost 2.0t is fine they are fairly reliable if you simply keep up on changing the oil my ST with 2.0T has 330k on it. If the transmission is decent gets slightly confused in traffic, but other than that it's fine, overall, I would say it's definitely a vehicle.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

The space needed for my family is optimal. The sound system is amazing, the touch screen has everything I need at my fingertips and drives like a dream.

Best part, she explained all the options and benefits but unlike some people you met elsewhere, she was not pushy, there was no hardsale. She listened and really made Finance a pleasant experience. Mark Kitchen, Business Finance Director, stopped by to check how everything was going and then thanked me and my wife for our business. He can always be seen moving around the sales floor checking with people to make sure everything is going right. They are all so personable. I like this dealership and will continue doing business with them because of the people they have and the great service I always get. My kids have used them too. Highly recommend this dealership.

We have a 2013 Edge SEL AWD which replaced my wife’s older Explorer which she drive for many years and the Edge has been a real pleasure to drive. I had two successive Expeditions for business which I drove for around half a million miles. So, in late 2022, when we decided to sell the Expy and downsize, we decided to “upgrade” my wife’s Edge and I would keep the 2013. We searched for a good price on a 2019 Titanium and enlisted the help of a sales rep at Crossroads Ford in Cary, NC who had found the 2013 model for us. He found a 2019 Edge ST in Performance Blue with reasonable mileage and not even a scratch!! The interior was immaculate and the panoramic moon roof was the clincher. As an “outside sales rep” for 45 years, I have driven two million miles. During that time, we have owned Volvos, a Saab, Chevrolets, a Chrysler Concorde, a Pontiac, and a bunch of Fords. This ST is the best vehicle we have ever owned!!! Zero to 60 in five, great handling, quiet ride, and 29.7 average on the road at interstate speeds!!! I cannot say too much in favor of this car. They were all very nice and the manager was awesome Josh and the gentleman that sold me the car today he was just great and I cannot for the life of me remember his name but he was very kind very patient and had a good sense of humor put us at ease and made everything work in our favor and so I was so very grateful we've had a lot of bad experiences lately but this one was not one of them I am very grateful for them at drive time. Wanting for an oil change and ended up getting so much more just because it was time for most of the services performed. They were not pushy at all. My only complain is I took it In with the truck averaging 19.3 miles to a gallon and got it back with it averaging 19.0 miles per gallon. I don’t like that and truly they should offer a free detail as most dealerships do. Anyways, I will definitly bring my truck back. I need to get a. Pole other things done and I know price for service is better than most other places.

I bought this vehicle in December of 2023, and I have been pleased with the performance and the room inside the car. The boot (trunk) has lots of space. The silver paint with the black wheels looks really sharp. The best appeal for me to purchase this vehicle is that it's reported to rarely need to be in the shop for repairs. It's always been my experience that if you take care of your vehicle then it will perform well.

Never in my life have I owned a Ford but this is my second Ford Edge. A 2021 Edge ST is my second and although the Titanium version was a pleasure the ST with it's handling and performance is a step above. The Edge is more comfortable than most SUV's with much more hauling capacity. Just a great fun car to drive and quite a value.

I bought my 08 ford edge sel used. I did tune up first week of ownership and regular maintenence as scheduled. Always reliable and comfortable. Only complaint is back interior. The light in the trunk was always covered as I always had stuff in trunk and back window did not open separate from trunk door like other suvs. Unfortunately after 7 years and 100000 miles plus from me I became unconscious while driving and destroyed her. She saved me though. Impressive safety in crash. Definitely would buy again

I bought my ford Edge ST in July of 2022 and to this day it has performed brilliantly the infotainment center is very user friendly with a A1 stereo system that is very soothing and pleasing to the ears ,the Navigation system is a little questionable at times however the Edge drive quality and handling is spot on the vehicle’s interior is comfortable and very spacious this is my very first Ford vehicle I’m impressed - Good job Ford

I have a 2018 Edge Titiaum with just over 15,000 miles. Could not get the cruise control to work. Dealer just informed me it is going to need a module costing over 17,000 , plus 300.00 labor. Seems this part should last longer than 15.000 miles.
