7 Ford Edges and the 2024 is rock solid yet quiet and great performance. Everyone wants to use the Edge when we go anywhere. The controls are easy to use for non distracted driving. Long road trips are un eventful and tires last forever. Loading space in the rear is flat easy and lots of space. Good visibility and safe.

My experience warrants way more than a review. I hope the reader really pays attention because I have an abundance of good things to say. It starts with leadership. Phil was not just generous but incredibly helpful. His leadership saved me around $5000 and lots of stress. Next is the Service Manager. Josh was amazing. He is not only professional but incredibly kind, helpful and also generous. Allow me to sum it up this way.... I purchased the titanium awd edge which came with 20 inch wheels and the ride was a bit rough. I had a 2016 with 18 inch wheels and it was very smooth. I found a set of 18 inch original ford wheels, purchased new tires and now it rides like a dream. It´s quiet, handles well, the interior is a bit dated, but has all the tech and safety I need. I compared the X3 and Q5, but the Edge had a lower price and was loaded. Not a single problem since I bought it, just regular service and one recall that was fixed while I waited at the dealer. I highly recommend it.

Honestly I wish I would have went to see the folks at Mel Hambelton Ford in the first place. Absolutely shouting out my appreciation for Robert Kinney And his team, they got me out of a bad deal when I needed a bigger vehicle needed for work. Absolute miracle workers. I have the Sport Edge model with 2.7 twin turbo. I love it! Do your research. With any turbo you must use premium gas, full synthetic oil and let your car cool down after short rides for at least a minute or 3 - 5 minutes if you drive more that 3 hours. The turbo engine runs hot and cooling down lets the oil drain for the turbo. If you don't the engine could overheat. Look it up for yourself.

We got a great deal on the truck we bought!!! I was very happy with the salesmen. It was nice to be able too shop for a vehicle without pressure or hassle!!! Thanks so much guys!!! We love our truck!!!

2nd owner car has 243k mi. on it, mostly highway. Change oil every 5k mi. no oil leaks, no major issues. I replace two sensors approx. $250 ea. time. At 100k mi. I did a tune up and transmission flush. Other than that, regular oil changes and new tires, etc. Vehicle passed emmissions and runs great. I would take it on a trip tomorrow without a problem.
