Overall the process went well. After making an appointment to look at a certain vehicle, I arrived at the dealership to find the vehicle sitting on the lot covered in dust with a dead battery. It took a couple of hours to get the battery replaced so that I could test drive the unit. It drove well, so I traded my old vehicle for it. After driving it home I realized the heated steering wheel was not working. The dealer was good in getting it repaired & delivered to me.

I absolutley love this car. I am a wildlife photographer so I do a lot of driving.... it is comfortable, the windows are huge and amazing. The comfort is like being at home in my comfy chair. It is quiet too.

I drove a 2022 Ford Edge SEL for 50 miles its not bad. The interior is decent not cheap feeling except the turn signal stalks infotainment is well layed out and front seats comfortable. The exterior is boring. It is a generic SUV and lights are bright, braking is generic Ford the ride can be a bit harsh the ecoboost 2.0t is fine they are fairly reliable if you simply keep up on changing the oil my ST with 2.0T has 330k on it. If the transmission is decent gets slightly confused in traffic, but other than that it's fine, overall, I would say it's definitely a vehicle.

When I arrived, all of the salespeople were busy with other customers, however they allowed me to test drive the vehicle I was interested in and take it to lunch while the sale floor cleared. I like that their vehicles are priced right to begin with and that the process is streamlined in a way that does not waste time - other dealers tend to drag out the bottom line with many visits to the sales manager to work the best deal when they know at the onset if they can meet the bottom line deal. The space needed for my family is optimal. The sound system is amazing, the touch screen has everything I need at my fingertips and drives like a dream.

I have a 2018 Edge Titiaum with just over 15,000 miles. Could not get the cruise control to work. Dealer just informed me it is going to need a module costing over 17,000 , plus 300.00 labor. Seems this part should last longer than 15.000 miles.
