I found the perfect Porsche Cayenne at this dealership. Even though I had to fly to Cincinnati to pay for it and drive it back to Arkansas it was worth it. My sales person, Isaiah, was a pleasure to work with and the car is just wonderful!

I purchased the titanium awd edge which came with 20 inch wheels and the ride was a bit rough. I had a 2016 with 18 inch wheels and it was very smooth. I found a set of 18 inch original ford wheels, purchased new tires and now it rides like a dream. It´s quiet, handles well, the interior is a bit dated, but has all the tech and safety I need. I compared the X3 and Q5, but the Edge had a lower price and was loaded. Not a single problem since I bought it, just regular service and one recall that was fixed while I waited at the dealer. I highly recommend it.

I needed the oil change and change more other parts on my truck. They worked on it pretty good but forgot to reset the truck. Everthing in gerneral was great

I absolutley love this car. I am a wildlife photographer so I do a lot of driving.... it is comfortable, the windows are huge and amazing. The comfort is like being at home in my comfy chair. It is quiet too.

I have a 2018 Edge Titiaum with just over 15,000 miles. Could not get the cruise control to work. Dealer just informed me it is going to need a module costing over 17,000 , plus 300.00 labor. Seems this part should last longer than 15.000 miles.

We've owned the 2020 Ford Edge for over 5 years and purchased the car new. Just one recent issue with a sensor for the AWD system during that time. Car drives well with decent power and gets 24-26 mpg in mixed driving and around 30 mpg on the highway. Very comfortable and would consider buying another if they still made them. Only downside is that the car doesn't seem to hold its value that well when compared to the Japanese brands.

Josh was great! He was so helpful and trustworthy. My only concern was that cars.com published a price for an Encore GX that was different than the price once I saw car in person. (it wasn't dealer's fault) The "fine print" just was a little too fine and the vehicle I came to see didn't have all the features I was looking for. Great experience just the same!

The Awd 2.OT is a great addition if you can find one with them both equipped! Easy to drive in the snow and decent mileage.

Best used vehicle I have ever purchased!! The V-6 on my SEL makes it fun to drive, although it is a bit of a gas guzzler. I don't care because I put more priority on get up and go then MPG!

None of the "pretend we're lowering the price by extending the term and showing a lower payment", which has happened to me so many times at dealerships. I made an offer, the offer was accepted, and that was that. Ethan was a pleasure to work with. There was one point of hard-sell on the extended warranty, but that's to be expected on an auto purchase. Overall very happy with my experience.

I drove a 2022 Ford Edge SEL for 50 miles its not bad. The interior is decent not cheap feeling except the turn signal stalks infotainment is well layed out and front seats comfortable. The exterior is boring. It is a generic SUV and lights are bright, braking is generic Ford the ride can be a bit harsh the ecoboost 2.0t is fine they are fairly reliable if you simply keep up on changing the oil my ST with 2.0T has 330k on it. If the transmission is decent gets slightly confused in traffic, but other than that it's fine, overall, I would say it's definitely a vehicle.

Extremely pleased with the comfort and ride on my new 2024 Ford Edge Titanium. Have previously owned two Explorers and two Edges. Thought my 2022 Explorer rode very quiet, had lots of power and very comfortable. , but this Edge is significantly better all around than the Explorer. I wish it had intelligent 4 wheel drive with the rear drive primary. I will deal with the AWD version. It handles extremely well with a solid quiet ride and tight turning radius. It has a very large 7x10 touch screen mounted vertically in the middle of the dash. You can control almost every possible setting on this. Totally loaded and worth the extra cost. It is so comfortable we can drive 13-14 hours straight though on our trips to Florida . Drive it, you won’t be disappointed.

I bought my 2015 Ford Edge used, from a great Idaho dealership! I drive for a living, so it definitely needs to be reliable, and it has to have power to climb the 7% grade that's over 6 miles long, just to leave town. I think for the price the quality is exceptional! The comfort and safety I feel behind the wheel is great! I would expect no less from a Ford.. and it has kept me smiling!

I bought my ford Edge ST in July of 2022 and to this day it has performed brilliantly the infotainment center is very user friendly with a A1 stereo system that is very soothing and pleasing to the ears ,the Navigation system is a little questionable at times however the Edge drive quality and handling is spot on the vehicle’s interior is comfortable and very spacious this is my very first Ford vehicle I’m impressed - Good job Ford

2024 is the last year of this two-row SUV. Though it is built on an older design/platform, the Edge is the perfect commuting vehicle. The Edge gets great gas mileage and handles extremely well. The AWD system works well and from past experience with the Edge, we know it handles terrifically in inclement weather. We were able to custom order an SEL with very specific options. We loved that Ford allowed a la carte ordering and we were able to get all the extras we wanted. We are averaging over 30MPG with a couple of thousand miles on the vehicle. The Edge weighs a lot for such a compact crossover, but that’s why we like it safe and hugs the road very well. Plenty of space for a 2-row crossover, offering both excellent passenger comfort and storage capacity. We highly recommend the 2024 Edge to those needing a reliable crossover, a daily commuter, or a safe small family hauler. Consumer Reports absolutely loves this vehicle, and as a 3x owner through the years, I can confirm the reasons why CR loves the Edge. It’s been a great run for the Edge, one of the greatest crossovers ever built.

I drove an hour and a half from Columbus to get to Busam Nissan because they had a hard-to-find used car that I'd been looking for. After taking the car for a test drive and learning something about its history (with help from a free Carfax report), I realized it was in good shape and a good deal. Busam then made it possible for me to take the car home the same day by giving me a trade-in allowance on my ancient Corolla and being flexible on the financial details. Bought a sedan for the daughter on a cash deal so never dealt with any financing. I knew going in that the car had a salvage title but it was newer and less miles on the odometer than average. The one guy seemed surprised yet confused when I brought it up but he confirmed it later. I knew this by googling the VIN number and discovering it was bought at auction in Columbus and actually seeing the "before" pictures from there. You folks should try that when buying. It was priced accordingly and the mechanic/body guy did a good enough job replacing panels and windshield. Drives and brakes straight, no shimmies and it'll work. Just skipped a few minor things though that are no big deal. Got title mailed in 2 weeks or so and paying cash makes it so easy. I had to replace brakes and one rotor but figured it was cheaper for parts and I do it myself than deal with his 50% co-pay warranty. My big tips are doing research on the VIN history and being heavily mechanically inclined or bring someone who is to "grade" the workmanship. Use the bathroom and take a quick peek into the shop, looked pretty straight up to me. Watch those mileages too and know what things are going to need serviced soon (e.g. timing belt, transmission, tune up, etc). Watch for "stale" cars that been there that seems forever too. I'd buy again if the deal is right. I'm actually writing this as I'm checking his lot online. Originally found him from Car gurus on that Great or Good deal Nissan once I looked past that rebuilt title. I'm usually the last owner of cars and drive them until they totally die so title status means nothing to me anyways. You'll need a bit of time if you try to finance or there are 2-3 customers in front of you. Same car, same mileage but clean title was $3,000 more at a regular branded dealer so my time and understanding that it was wrecked was worth it. Overall, it's OK but keep these points in mind.

Bought used with 16k miles. 2 years later 52k miles. Only issue was transmission shutter. A fluid exchange service solved issues. Fluid was black. Strongly recommend transmission service every 39-50k miles. I get 32mpg on highway

Although I purchased my Edge used in 2019, it has given me one issue, but Good news! When I took my car to Ford’s dealership to repair, I learnt it was covered completely due to a recalled. The only thing they didn’t do was a “complimentary car wash, that I’m used to having. Nevertheless, the service was taken care of in a timely manner. In spite of one worst winter storm in the South.
