Our 2024 Ford Escape has been excellent. We bought the ST Line package and its performance has been flawless in the 1st 5 months. Really like the heated steering wheel included with the Cold Weather Package and the safety features of Tech Package 1.

When I walked into the Mazda dealership doors, I was greeted by Jacob Carlson. I wanted to purchase a brand new vehicle with no miles. He talked to me about my options. It’s been a great car for the past few months. The 2.0 engine has the perfect amount of power to get around and the 8 speed does a decent job. I love the exterior and interior styling. Great driving position and overall feel. My only complaint is the sometimes slow infotainment screen, especially on startup when I go to use the climate controls. Other than that I love the technology and features you can get in this car!

I just want to recommend Najmi Basha as a Sales Consultant. After looking around a good deal and talking to a variety of folks in sales, we decided to work with him and are so happy we did. Very nice suv for us. Ford made it easier for all the controls to be operated they also put more push buttons back in. Very high tech suv but easy to use. Great mileage for an awd. Castle Ford in Michigan city was great and the sales person Samantha was fantastic. No scams no pressure and very helpful! Thanks Castle Ford and Samantha!

I brought my Ranger in for the 100K scheduled maintenance. The service advisor (Steven) was very professional and kept in communication during the day about what was being found and timing for completion. The shuttle service and drivers were great, they were nice enough to bring the truck back to the house after a snowstorm. The truck is running much better after the service work so I am glad I had it done. Thanks all for the wonderful work.

This was my first car shopping after getting a divorce. There was no pressure to purchase a vehicle from them. The staff is friendly. I have a 1 year warranty on a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica. I had problems with my vehicle and had it towed to them. They found more items wrong and fixed them. They even attached my license plate for me. I plan on coming back when I need my next vehicle.

This was my first time buying a (nearly) new vehicle from a dealership. It was a re-acquired vehicle with 14k miles. The sales representative I worked with was very patient and explained everything I had questions about. When there were questions he couldn't answer- specifically about the financing- he got someone from the finance department for me to speak with. It wasn't a fight to remove ad-ons and I appreciated the time they took to answer all the questions I had. Communication was very easy and they worked with me to allow me to take the vehicle home a little early due to my otherwise packed schedule.
