Wanted a plug in hybrid.. We got an Escape PHEV. After a year it has been problem free. Great dealer support. Great gas mileage, great price, tax rebate and financing. We saved about $14,000 vs other PHEV cars. The tax rebate allowed us to take a vacation. Also got 0% loan which allowed us to add dealer services to the car til we had 85,000 miles on the car. This is our 4th Ford. Left Toyota and Subaru because of unsatisfactory dealer practices. 4 of our neighbors on this street have Fords from this dealer as well.

They compromised with splitting the cost of just 1 new tire. It?s been 5 days and the airbag switch still hasn?t been replaced. (They?re wrking on it). I?d like my new car soon. They cashed my check. However, the manager has been terrific.
