traded in my 2016 Mustang GT in for the 2025 Escape and so far I'm loving it, good gas mileage, reliable, such a smooth ride and fun to drive.

I have purchased and leased several vehicles over the past 20 years from this dealership and have always been satisfied with the attention, fairness and thoroughness of the process, from all involed in the process.

This is my 3rd Escape beginning with a 2014 to this 2025. Th Escape handles well, acceleration is awesome. This is definitely a car I would take a long road trip with.

This is my second Escape Hybrid ans I absolutely love it. Love the interior redesign and who doesn't love getting 40PMG without plugging in? It is very spacious as well.

my wife and I were looking for an MDX, had been looking several weeks, when we recently stopped by Jerry Hunt Auto...we were assigned to salesman, Axel Camargo, who was friendly, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about the car we desired. He found nothing that day, suggested close alternatives,etc. but we chose to wait. Axel continued the hunt for what we wanted, which showed up on Cars.com and was at Jerry Hunt's. OK, I have purchased mini new vehicles, but this is the first time ever buying a new domestic Auto Mobile a 2025 Canyon elevation I have owned a number of trucks Tacoma Nissan Dodge. In the moment you drive a canyon you know why you’re getting it. I left a very good deal with a new Tacoma and just have to run with the canyon Now the Furman GMC here in lutz Has certainly been stellar over the last eight years in Tampa I’ve had to get into nearly 2 lawsuits with dealerships over violation of administrative problems, horrible finance practices, and below subpar service departments It was really not sure what to expect with this dealership, but in the end, I may have very well found a new home Alec, my salesman has been attentive, polite and not pushy. He’s been responsive and on top of things since I purchased the vehicle. Earnest and finance is by far the best example of professionalism that I’ve ever had and I mean, ever had with a finance department he was thorough. Sincere personable, was not pushy did not give half-baked answers and was very open and forthright in our discussions. It was an incredible experience. Ernest is definitely the finance guy we all need. Service I have Ryan as my service coordinator and he has been nothing but pleasant astute, and on top of things, caring and pleasant so far my interaction with the service department has been stellar along with the parts department, which I had very limited interaction but so far absolutely no complaints As far as the durability and reliability of the GMC canyon time will only tell I hope that it will provide me years of fabulous service while I expect occasional things to break or need to be repaired. I trust and hope that the Americans can make a vehicle that at least challenges the Japanese. This vehicle purchase in every aspect has been incredible. Great job Furman.

I have been dealing with Brad Hill and Nick Nicholas ford for past 15 year and never been disappointed with Brad or dealership always know that I was treated like family weather they were helping me with finances or cash deal thanks for another great truck!!

I wrote a review a couple of days ago, but have since worked with Cadillac to resolve this issue and while it will not let me edit the last review I can post a new one. Working with service centers can sometimes be very challenging, especially as a woman that does not know very much about cars. It's essential to me that I am able to go to a place that I know I can trust. In February of 2022 I took my car to this dealership to get a new key fob after losing one and have my transmission inspected. My car was under an extended warranty and they were able to replace the transmission control solenoid and get both of my new key fobs under warranty and at the end of the day it only cost me $46! Along the way Tim Radice, my service consultant was absolutely phenomenal. He kept me updated and made countless calls to my different warranty companies to ensure I was spending as little out of pocket as possible. Within a week I had my car back. Sadly shortly after my transmission started acting up again and the problem was much worse. I took it back to the dealership and found out that the transmission cover had warped and it was going to be a $1,500 fix because my warranty had just expired. Tim did everything he could (he's awesome like that) and put me into contact with the service manager, Paul. From the moment I got on the phone with Paul I could tell he was handling this with the upmost professionalism. He was kind and patient and he let me spend 10 minutes walking him through the initial repair to my cars current state. Paul quickly jumped into action and got on the phone with GM to figure out why this was happening. He called me back after speaking with GM Engineering and let me know that there was some critical information GM had not relayed to them. Apparently any time you replace the solenoid you need to replace the cover as well, because it disrupts the seal and often causes transmission fluid leakage. Paul said they would 100% cover the cost of labor and asked if I would cover the $149 part, saving me over $1,000. So if course I said yes! They had no LEGAL responsibility to offer me this, especially given that they had no way to know this information at the time of the initial repair. It is; however, the right thing to do given that the issue stemmed from the initial repair. I am so thankful that Paul, Tim and the other Cadillac team members did their best to take care of me in this situation. Car troubles are never fun and are almost always quite costly. It's worth it to go to a place you can trust - and this is it.
