Had a great experience with salesperson Scott Sawejka & Arden Casanova from Finance in trading in my Ford F-150 for a new 2023 Ford Explorer Limited.

My email correspondence left a lot to be desired when the manager blatantly told me that the car I was looking at was not possible in my price range and did not even send over any alternates, just stopped communicating. I decided to take a chance and still test drive the car I wanted and Meagan was a great sales person. She did additional research on the car and was not pushy but very thorough. Luckily Chad was the manager on staff the day we came and he made the deal happen Rich said was not possible. The buying process was the quickest I have ever experienced and we didn't have to spend half a day waiting in the dealership. Overall I am happy with our purchase and sales experience but the initial disappointment is still a factor.

It felt like family while purchasing my vehicle. Everyone was so friendly and we all were telling family stories from buying vehicles to our kids talking driving lessons or learning to walk. The salesperson was great, the finance person was great, the receptionist was great. I love the pecks that come with the vehicle and I love my Corsair, it's perfectly lovely!

Jacob was great to work with! He is very personable and was so helpful in answering all our questions. We also really appreciated that he wasn’t overly pushy but respected the time it took us to make up our minds about our purchase. Went in just looking for a good used vehicle, primarily to see what was available and perhaps a test drive. Came away with a 2024 Ford Edge. We were met by Colin Fredrick, nice young salesman. We explained to Colin that we were looking for a vehicle that was good for travel with enough cargo capacity for suitcases and camping gear. Colin showed us some vehicles that would fit our needs without being to expensive. To shorten the review, we decided the Edge was what we were looking for. Colin said he would step away to talk with his manager and then come back with a offer. My first thought was, okay here we go with all to old back-and-forth to come to an agreement. Not necessary, Colin made us an offer that fit well within what we had hoped for. No need for bargaining so we agreed to the offer and left with a good vehicle we hope will last us for many more years.

I recently purchased a 2024 Lincoln Navigator from Heiser Group. I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing customer service they provided and the follow up to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my new vehicle. This is something I haven't experienced before so I felt like I was quite a special customer. They let me try out several vehicles to insure I had exactly what I wanted!! It's nice to see this customer service is still available as this experience was a far cry from my last vehicle purchase at a different dealership (no names mentioned). I left the dealership confident I made the right decision and I am confident I will be supported in any of my needs going forward. I will never purchase from anyone other than Heiser going forward. I recommend that everyone purchase their vehicle from Heiser!!

We found the car online and contacted Grinwald Ford. Test drove it, traded our older Escape and purchased the used 2020 Escape. Everyone was very polite and easy to deal with. There was no pressure and the process was painless. We drove home the same day in our new car.
