New and used 2025 Ford Escape for sale near Fairway, KS

Charlie and his boss were great. They were kind and did not get pushy with me. I got the feeling that they wanted me to be happy too.

This is my 3rd Escape beginning with a 2014 to this 2025. Th Escape handles well, acceleration is awesome. This is definitely a car I would take a long road trip with.

Everyone were very friendly. Willing to answer any questions I had about the vehicle I purchased. They made me feel comfortable. They didn?t pressure me at all . Which made it easier to make a decision

This is my second Escape Hybrid ans I absolutely love it. Love the interior redesign and who doesn't love getting 40PMG without plugging in? It is very spacious as well.

I have had great service there for years. However, they tried to push expensive services on me that are not required in my Ford manual thousands of miles before necessary. Big turnover of staff I noticed. Not sure what is going on at the management level. Service manager is pushing BG products and not Ford Motorcraft. Maybe will buy a Toyota next time.

I had a fender bender with my car. I researched my options to take my car for bodywork. I was very pleased to see Rob Sight's dealership on the insurance list. I was fortunate enough to see Rob when I was out there. He took the time to look at my car and give me some very good information. I was very please with the Collision Center and the manager Randy did such a nice job of informing where they were with the car and when I would be able to pick up. He was very gracious when I talked to him. I wasn't waiting around for any calls. I would recommend anyone to take there car there. I don't think it matters what kind of car you have. Rob Sight Collision Center was listed with my insurance company as a preferred center to call. My insurance company hit the nail on the head, so to speak.

At this point all I do is call, give them my phone number(when they start with that), schedule what I need done and it is taken care of. The Valet service is nice, (make sure to schedule a few days in advance and have a Lees Summit address for them to pick up from). Super pleased.

Was communicated with thoroughly by Darryl who answered all of my questions and helped me through the buying process. I was well informed of all my buying options and the complete history of the car.

They were not lying when they said they make it easy. The easiest car buying experience ever.

Saw a 2020 Ford Edge on Cars.com called Thoroughbred Ford dealership talked to Jeffrey Ferguson set up a test drive at my convenience. When I got to the dealership Jeffrey had the Edge warmed up ready to go! The buying process was hassle free. Jeffrey even took the time to sit in the car with me and show me how everything worked and got the Ford app downloaded on my phone so I can remote start my new Ford Edge from my phone! Took my 2021 F150 and meet with Derby in the service on 2-6-24. For an oil change tire rotation. I told Derby about a battery issue with my truck. Derby checked my extended warranty and other coverage to see covered the battery replacement. Derby went beyond customer service and had great professional service

They were great to work with, I tested an Explorer and it was very nice, but on a front wheel drive platform, and I needed an Expedition and they didn't have 1 at the time.
