New and used 2025 Ford Escape SUVs for sale near Arcadia, NY

This is my 3rd Escape beginning with a 2014 to this 2025. Th Escape handles well, acceleration is awesome. This is definitely a car I would take a long road trip with.

Was just in for an oil change and tire rotation. Service writers were very friendly, and made sure my needs were taken care of. I was a waiter and they had my vehicle out and ready in a very reasonable amount of time.

This is my second Escape Hybrid ans I absolutely love it. Love the interior redesign and who doesn't love getting 40PMG without plugging in? It is very spacious as well.

We were hoping that our Ford had some life left in it, but weren't surprised when Patrick in service gave us the news that it was hopelessly expensive to remedy. So we worked with Phil in sales and Travis in finance, and left the dealership with an amazing used vehicle, a great rate, and the peace of mind that comes with an awesome extended warranty. It was a pleasant experience talking via phone and in person to Jerry Reyes. I explained what I was looking for, he suggested several vehicles that would fit my needs/requirements and I choose one. It took less than two hours over the two visits to sign all the paperwork and to make the down payment. Extremely satisfied with the entire process.

Christine was great to work with, I appreciated that even though I had scheduled for a problem and to have a part replaced, she had more complete testing run and found that I didn’t need to have the part replaced which saved me money. The service was completed in less time than expected so it was a great experience.

A couple of frustrating things, like a chip on the door I noticed after getting home. But generally positive.

I needed almost $4,000 of work done on the timing for my 2019 F-150, that was just out of warranty. A closer dealership was rude and uncaring and a friend told me to try Bidleman of Auburn. I made the drive and I’m glad I did. The parts took a long time to arrive, but Bidleman was always friendly on the phone (and the supply issue wasn’t their fault, anyway). Once the parts arrived, they performed the service and they also worked with Ford Motor Corp. to get the majority of the work covered. My bill was a fraction of what the original estimate was! Now the truck runs great. They have a new customer, I will return to Bidleman Ford. I really feel like they were experienced, friendly and everything you look for in an auto dealership.
