Easy to work with and fast service! We had been emailing with salesman, discussed numbers, and set up a time to come drive a truck. We showed up, they had it ready and we drove it, financed, and were out in less than 2 hours. They did not try to hassle us, negotiate the original agreements we discussed before coming to see the truck, and they didn’t keep pushing when we said “no” to added warranties etc. Emil was great to work with and we recommend him to anyone! This was a vastly different experience than the nightmare we experienced with Huntley Ford in Illinois.

It's nice to see this customer service is still available as this experience was a far cry from my last vehicle purchase at a different dealership (no names mentioned). I left the dealership confident I made the right decision and I am confident I will be supported in any of my needs going forward. I will never purchase from anyone other than Heiser going forward. Billy was super helpful. Everyone at the dealership was friendly as well. Only took a star off because it’s apparent they like selling the service warranty, but I understand how sales work. I’ve gotten two cars here and I’m sure I’ll get more in the future!

the salesman listen to your needs in a vehicle and if they don't have it they'll look for it on the internet and get it for you. also salesman John Coughlin is very intuitive to your needs and preferences in a vehicle.

Then the finance guy Robert was easy to work with and ensured I got a great deal… paperwork was easy and quick! Overall great customer service and I would no doubt come back again.
