New and used 2026 Ford Escape Active AWD for sale near Port Washington, WI

My email correspondence left a lot to be desired when the manager blatantly told me that the car I was looking at was not possible in my price range and did not even send over any alternates, just stopped communicating. I decided to take a chance and still test drive the car I wanted and Meagan was a great sales person. She did additional research on the car and was not pushy but very thorough. Luckily Chad was the manager on staff the day we came and he made the deal happen Rich said was not possible. The buying process was the quickest I have ever experienced and we didn't have to spend half a day waiting in the dealership. Overall I am happy with our purchase and sales experience but the initial disappointment is still a factor.

Scott Sawejka was absolutely amazing and professional! Made it easier than anticipated. He found what was best for me! And I am forever thankful. Pretty nervous since this is my first car in the US… He found a pretty cool car and was very thorough in the features when comparing it to others… Made us not think about the intricacies of the paperwork and we were able to drive off same day… it was an amazing experience!

Excellent service ! It was a great experience in buying a car. It felt like everyone was working to get a car and the best deal! Veronica was a phenom! She did every to make us comfortable with experience and spent tons of time with us! She will be there after the sale I am sure! Excellent sales team, as I purchased my second Ford Certified pre-owned vehicle from Mike Burkart Ford. All went smoothly. And, I received a re-imboursement in the mail,for an inadvertent charge that we all missed in filling out the paperwork. Good honest folks to work with.

Mark made buying a new car a very pleasant experience. I normally hate the “task” of new car shopping but Mark was very easy to do business with. I would highly recommend at least talking to him before you decide on a car to purchase.

I recently purchased a 2024 Lincoln Navigator from Heiser Group. I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing customer service they provided and the follow up to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my new vehicle. This is something I haven't experienced before so I felt like I was quite a special customer. They let me try out several vehicles to insure I had exactly what I wanted!! It's nice to see this customer service is still available as this experience was a far cry from my last vehicle purchase at a different dealership (no names mentioned). I left the dealership confident I made the right decision and I am confident I will be supported in any of my needs going forward. I will never purchase from anyone other than Heiser going forward.
