My experience pertains specifically to the Ford service department - not the actual car dealership. So this place is clearly under new management. After getting some ridiculous estimates from other mechanics and body shops, I decided to give this place a try…. I got outstanding service from Pat Gavin. He quickly got me estimates which confirmed my suspicions that the other mechanics were trying to gorge me into paying for a bunch of unnecessary repairs. Pat & team were able to fix several problems that had been lingering on my car for several months. I always postponed getting these things fixed because other mechanics wanted literally $5-10k for what seemed like small issues. I’m ecstatic to have finally found someone in this industry that conducts business with (1) integrity and (2) high standards in delivering quality! It’s such a relief to know where to go to get my car fixed without getting guided into a bunch of high priced and unnecessary work. I also got my car back cleaner than when I dropped it off!! Everything from the service to the price to the quality of the work exceeded my highest expectations. 1 month later my car is running as good as new. If only everything in the auto industry (particularly the service & repair industry) was run this way.

Best dealership in town. There’s no other dealer in Illinois that compares to this one. I’m a passionate automobile enthusiast with no patience for xx and THIS dealer has NONE of that. I walked in and I was greeted softly and warmly by the front desk discussing the reason for my visit and understanding if I was browsing or looking for something specific. When I spoke about a specific vehicle I wanted I was referred to Tiffany the sales manager. She was as warm and welcoming as the front desk people were. Tiffany paid careful attention to what I wanted and what I was looking for. I never felt rushed or pressured. I felt MY time and what I wanted is what mattered to her, which it did! She introduced me to her product specialist Roland ( With a cool Cowboy hat and a great sense of humor to accompany it). While Roland knew full well I wasn’t in the market to buy a car in the near future he still spent almost 2 hours with me discussing my options, my needs, and how to get those needs taken care of. By the end of my visit, Roland helped me place an order for the exact vehicle I want. Despite not making a sale that day, they invested those nearly 2 hours in MY NEEDS and they showed me how much MY time meant to them. I’m almost 40 years old and I’ve never purchased a brand new car before in my life, and you know what? This is the place that’s going to happen and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Roland for explaining things so well and exploring everything down to the last detail to get me what I want and what I need. Bob Rohrmans Ford will be my first new car purchase and I’m confident it wont be my last. I usually dread dealing with car dealerships but Hawk Ford was different and went out of their way to make it positive, especially the salesman Rich Bergmann.

Great dealership, easy to work with and efficient. I liked that I was able to email them about the car I wanted, work out the deal and then go in the next day to pick up the truck, no hassle and no wasting my time- thank you Hawk Ford!

Brian Binder helped us to purchase a NOS 2024 Ford Edge, worked with us to get everything that we needed and helped with the trade in of 2 old cars. While traveling from out if state,we had a vehicle breakdown. At that time/day, all repair shops were closed. So taking a gamble we dropped the car off at Napleton Ford of Oaklawn.
