On Nov 25, 2025 I met some AWESOME PROFESSIONAL salesman. I went to Kunes to help my Goddaughter buy her first car. I was approached with a warm greeting. Had a great experience with salesperson Scott Sawejka & Arden Casanova from Finance in trading in my Ford F-150 for a new 2023 Ford Explorer Limited.

My email correspondence left a lot to be desired when the manager blatantly told me that the car I was looking at was not possible in my price range and did not even send over any alternates, just stopped communicating. I decided to take a chance and still test drive the car I wanted and Meagan was a great sales person. She did additional research on the car and was not pushy but very thorough. Luckily Chad was the manager on staff the day we came and he made the deal happen Rich said was not possible. The buying process was the quickest I have ever experienced and we didn't have to spend half a day waiting in the dealership. Overall I am happy with our purchase and sales experience but the initial disappointment is still a factor.
