I have always trusted my 2011 Ford Edge with Ford Service since day one. I moved to Mesquite TX so I started to use Town East Ford. I had one service appointment with an issue but they went above and beyond to take care of it, even after a considerable amount of time had passed. This spoke to me about their honesty and integrity. I'm truly amazed at my experience there. After being denied and feeling defeated I gave it once last try. Quincy was amazing. Went in on Saturday and drove off Monday in a brand new Ford. He was so nice and patient even when I wasn't. The process was pretty quick. I spent only a few hours on Saturday picking out a vehicle. Got all the paperwork to them Monday morning. Went back Monday afternoon to pick up my car. It was washed and ready to go. I was not really into Ford's but now I'm a customer for life and hopefully will be buying from Quincy for now on.

I personally want to thank Gene, Jacob and Presley for taking a personal interest in helping a disabled combat veteran with the purchase of my new truck. What a true patriotic dealership family. Nice facilities and friendly staff. The only thing that was annoying was the wait once the deal was agreed upon. I informed the salesman that we were paying by check so no financing and was not interested in any extended warranties or after market items. I told him we would go to lunch and come back and he assured me that the process would be complete in 1 hour. We sat there for 2.5 hours because the 'finance person' was backed up. It would have been simple to just let us leave but I realize that car dealerships don't want you to leave once they have you there. Times are changing and I think you need to change your mindset. We purchased both a Lexus and an Audi vehicle for my wife and both were done within 30 mins. The sales person at each dealership did the paperwork right there on their computer. No finance and no pressure to buy way overpriced 3rd party warranties. Most people are aware that you can purchase warranties if you so choose direct from manufacture for 1/3 the price.

Excellent and professional staff. Everything went smoothly and fast, and the buying process was comfortable. The facility is also really nice. Especially the TVs all over the place were a nice feature! For customers and, I believe, also for the staff. Special thanks to Sebastian and Karla!

My first time visiting this dealership and my experience was excellent. I arrived early for an appointment and Javier was able to get me checked in early. The service was fast and everyone was helpful. Will be returning to this dealership for future service.

Great customer service by Kris Wade from the beginning. My daughter was treated fairly and not pressured into other services. A full inspection of the Bronco Sport gives us confidence in its performance.

Salesperson (John) was great and easy to work with. As with most dealerships, the process took longer than I preferred. Otherwise, good experience and would recommend them.
